Drive past the airport, ensure you have been placed on the queue. Then enter Ajao Estate and enter the street immediately after CPM and park. You will still be on queue; meanwhile, nobody will disturb you on that street. Once you get a ride request, call your rider - tell him/her you will be with him/her in 10 minutes. Drive out of Ajao Estate and turn at DHL towards airport.

Your rider will be billed #400=00 parking fee, and #200=00 airport toll

I actually use taxify alone.. And I'm not aware of any queue on taxify.

Guys how do you target riders in mm1 and mm2 Airport.. I saw enuf cars clamped down thus week.. How can one be safe while taking requests and picking riders.. Cos it doesn't make sense paying 400 parking fee to carry a rider paying 1200..

I feel guys should be careful with these night rides.. There's always a tomorrow to make more money.. Stop risking Ur lives for night rides.
No matter how much u make a day, it won't still settle all Ur problems in life.
It's only a dead man that is free from problems or meeting targets.

I even prefer mainland to island..
This is my week so far, my highest weekly gross was around 87k but got motivated when I saw people making 150k plus

I read this somewhere here. Don't calculate when you're still on the trip. I think it's a bug from the app, calculate when trip is over.

just dropped someone at agege from unilag.. Been checking the price as usual when I noticed the map misbehaving.. Immediately I checked d price again it has jumped from 2000 to 3400 in less than 2km and 10mins..i quickly ended down trip and collected 3k cos I forgot to review.. Trip should have been 2200 max.. Taxify and I use MTN 4g and a recommended phone

This is to all old Uber and Taxify drivers in the House. I hail all of you o. Trust all is doing well and I hope you all are gauging your progress as you all go about your daily bread. This hustle or hustling shouldn't just be about daily bread tho' that is the purpose of this msg. pls go learn other good skills if you don't have one already. I am certain, non of the drivers that started Uber/Taxify 2years ago cannot afford a plot of land in ibafo as we speak. But a plumber/ electrician/ mechanics that knows his job and hardworking can conveniently do. Not to discourage any one but admonition. There is no future in driving Uber. Uber as a coy is just using u to build their future while you keep sustaining till you are unable to drive anymore. The health hazard is more on driver's side than two other parties. ( Uber and riders). Guys think your life and use your head. A word is enough. Thanks!

Mr man make I hear word, surge trip re drivers everyday prayer, then it comes, then you want the driver to use his own mouth to spoil his blessings by telling his rider that the trip is going to be expensive than usual. The truth is that Taxify needs to work on drivers rating, like riders should always give reasons for any poor rating, if the reason for rating isn't drivers fault, then it shouldn’t take effect on the drivers rating. Riders rate you poorly just because they re having a bad day, nothing pisses me off than that one.

u hit the nail on the head bro.. It's even more painful for us that use taxify alone.. After working so hard to get to 4.8 from 4.4..and it took just a day to drop that much..

For those that have been blocked for poor ratings, were u given a 5 points to restart with

How do we survive this surge filled rain season. Cos it will definitely affect ratings.. My rating dropped from 4.78 to 4.48 is 1 day.. Should we start avoiding surge areas or what.. Cos a rider that pays twice the amount will most likely rate u so low.. From the experienced guys, how do u cope with this

It has happened to me three times. This happens when you try to calculate the trip fare while the trip is still on. Some of us often try to see how much the trip fare has grown while we are driving and the trip is not yet ended. The app misbehaves at this point and by the time you finally end the trip ( after all the traffic, long distance, two hours drive), you will simply see one ridiculous #1,200 as the fare. MY ADVICE: Don't check the price while you are still on trip. Wait till the end of the trip before you touch the app

bro this is not true.. I check prices from beginning to the end of the journey and it has never happened to me.. It's better to check during the course of the trip so if it's not working u negotiate with the rider while the ball is still in ur court.. To avoid stories that touch

Riders doing transfer isn't working for me. I had to stop take transfer and rather take them to the nearest ATM. While some riders often claim " I'm not with my ATM card" ... Then they will ve to wait till I see the money in my account.

Too many fake riders. Most especially riders whose names don't appear on truecaller. They use new network lines and dispose after a ride claiming they transfer succes

once ur money is beyond 1k, na to wait for transfer alert.. Thank God I use gtb mobile app.. No excuses.

Update has been slow on this thread for d past 1 week.. Shows guys are making money steady...

There's nothing like flaunting jare.. It gets me motivated and tells me I can achieve more.. Last week was too busy for me at the port cos I'm a clearing agent at tincan.. But unbelievably my highest grossing week in my 3 months on taxify.. Started driving yesterday Sunday 2.30pm still made almost 25k my highest daily earnings.. God be praised.. But u can't rule out God's favor or luck as some will call it..

Hope taxify won't sanction me.. Had to dreview this trip downwards from 5200 to 4k from baruwa ipaja to bariga.. I use a recommended phone that has never goofed on GPS..trip that was less than 25km. Infinix hot 4 pro..

it's not about today being slow bro.. Drivers dey pick riders steady only me just dey revolve round mm1 mm2.. It really humiliated me.. Had to drive to magodo before request came in.. Sales have picked up Sha.. I'm on 10k plus at the moment.. By the grace of God I'll hit my 30k

My activity score really fell my hand this morning.. 88%... Leaving mm1 now.. Been there for 1 hour and saw a lot of riders physically but requests never came in.. This never happened when I was on 93%..off to residential area u must break d 30k barrier today by God's grace

But no matter how market dull, try ur best to chop taxify 6k Saturday bonus. By all means possible

I really need facts.. Is fuel consumption same when ac is on and off.. From my own understanding without ac consumes less fuel when u r not making any money while scouting for riders

Beware of some riders, took one from illupeju to park view estate ikoyi on 1.3x yesterday evening ( cash trip) . When I ended the trip the fare was 0, outstanding 0,discount 0, etc 0. Told the guy there was network error . He was saying uber was owing him bla bla and that same thing happened with another driver same day . Told him I didn't see anything like that , and maybe he is the one
that caused the zero fare . Asked him to pay 3500, finally I collected 2500 from him. I think the guy is using some software to achieve that zero pay. Up till now my uber app has no record for that trip., is still processing fare till now. He called few minutes after I left drop off point that I should come back to give him his money, that he had found out what happened. I said no , I would send his money when I confirm what happened. My location on the app became correct this morning. Anyway it was a destination trip. Cheers.

guys that's a lie.. I took a rider to palms shoprite Lekki and it brought 7500..Airport surges are mostly real.. Friday evening on dangotes wedding night..

1.9 surge mma2 for the past 1hr

Guys is it still safe to work till 12 midnight.. Need to raise 120k from now till 1st April on taxify alone.. Don't know if it's still achievable..
