Please i need answer urgently oo. We finally got an appointment for my mum, and someone is telling me the confirmation number on the DS 160 page and appointment confirmation number has to match. Hers does not match and the system gave us this confirmation number itself. will this cause them not to collect her passport?

Same with me ooo. Account was initially frozen for 72 hours. It got unfrozen today, next thing I tried booking and the response I got was "no appointments available".
Tried again and boom, I exceeded the no of times I can view the page. This thing is tiring.

this is my exact story. I will probably be trying once every other day. why do we even need to book appointment for this in the first place.

Hmmm, mine too. Since last night, I’m just so angry with myself for canceling my date, it’s saying no appointment when I got to the last page that everyone needs to attend an interview.
