If there's emergency situation, the heat of the moment may not make you compose a text.Again, there some info that are better communicated on voice than sms. Still, it could take more time to compose a msg than a call. Not every one educated enough to compose an understandable msg. Old parents in d village may find it easier calling there children than text msg. All in all its better to pick up your call when available and call back when u see missed calls mostly those numbers that called more times.
