Go for solar training, no private individual/Company can train U BTS/BSS Engineering they are lying , you need live equipments, and beside those equipments are very expensive.. Thank God u are still on field talk to the active Engineer in your cluster he can be of help. If he decline to help, I'm an active Engineer as well, contact me. You can only learn telecom through OJT (On Job Training)
