Other former top officials of the NSA who are being held in connection with the arms contract scandal are Abba M.T. They are being investigated on charges ranging from criminal conspiracy, theft, forgery, the diversion of public funds, to money laundering.

If a bank top employee was charged with 13 counts of criminal related crimes, if found guilty can serve a time in prison.
1. Would you ask him/her to step down until such a time he is found not guilty? (Presumed innocent)

2. Would you ask him to carry on until he is found guilty.

3- If you are a customer, would you have confidence with such a bank to look after your wealth, if they kept on such a person suspected of criminal offenses?

4. If you are an employee of the bank would you honestly be loyal to such a person's leadership knowing what is hanging on his/her head?
