Normal Interview questions - ur strengths, ur weaknesses, 5yrs from now and get ready for a market sizing question (google it if you do not know what that means)

First interview would be with the team you would be working with and the second would be with the partners.

The firm has a salary structure so forget about whatever you wrote when taking the test. The only issue is that you might be offered a lower wage if ur desired is lower than the structured pay.

How do I get to do my nysc in this places?

Forget about doing your NYSC with any of these companies especially with the new NYSC policy. The would run from you like a plague.

Finish your NYSc and apply but i must tell you their recruitment standards are usually a lot higher that that of Nigerian firms. Their recruitment process is also longer. So you have time to prepare yourself. Use your NYSC period to investigate the companies you are interested in and then develop yourself and apply!
