CollinsWeGlobe: As my female friends in Nigeria would say 'Saturday is for Owanbe' the current novel coronavirus outbreak: fear and panic has changed the phrase from 'Saturday is for staying at home'.
Amid coronavirus lockdown extension in Greece which will be over soon, I paid a visit to the street market in the country.
I got to the market 9: 00 AM this morning and Police were already standing everywhere like Goodluck Jonathan visit to Lagos in 2015.
Why is there market today when there's a lockdown?
The city doesn't have any patient living with coronavirus, every suspected case are being transferred to Larisa. For instance, the cases in 36 states of Nigeria moved to Abuja & Lagos for treatment, so the government announced yesterday that the market should open.
More than 50,000 people have violated the country lockdown, according to the record.
I will be sharing some of the photos from my today market and the food I ate last week till this afternoon.
Please, I want you to understand that all my thread on Nairaland is a contribution to the platform and they are for entertainment purpose, I am not a rich person neither am I showing off. I am still very jobless here in Europe.
Check out the photos below. Whenever u wanna tour here Pls holla I would chauffer you and show u some lovely places But u will have to cook naija food lol |

Romance › Re: Why Do I Keep Meeting Girls From Troubled Families? by Onebyonedead: 10:50pm On Apr 26, 2020 |
Tripitaka: Have you dated a girl who is a product of incest? Have you dated a girl whose brother raped the mother for ritual purposes? Have you dated a girl who grew up to find out that her actual dad is the family driver, but the pregnancy was passed on to the "willing dad"? Have you dated a girl whose own father has been sexually abusing? Have you dated a girl whose mother's nude pictures are all over the internet because she was caught shoplifting?
I believe your answer would be "No", as you would have included these in your narrative.
The families in your narrative can hardly be classed as "troubled" as I would like to think that your experiences are the peculiarities of your average Nigerian family. The average Nigerian family where diabolism and fetishism is real; where cohabitation is in vogue because the government outlaws abortion and your parents would insist on you living with the man who impregnated you even if he has no interest in marrying you; where young widows are still oppressed by their late husband's relatives; where poverty and unemployment is the norm hence a 40yr old unemployed man is nothing out of the ordinary.
The women you have been with are not from troubled families, at least in my opinion. They are simply from Nigerian families. I am surprised we still got people like u in Nigeria Just when I was starting to lose hope Impressive |

benji93: You need to understand that it's a man's perspective. . A man by nature will always do the chase, although we all do it to different degrees. More like the first half of a bell function-If you know what I mean. ,And of course, it depends on a lot of factors which include age, experience e.t.c. You will therefore always get those crazy ones too-As you folks generally would say; some men can't just keep it in their pants. So i must say that phrase "cheap sex" is one you may never grasp. You may never understand why a crazy man would go out there to get some pussy only to be told- you go fit pay 100000. And of course, he probably didn't plan that, but when he thinks about the shape again, he decides that it's worth it. . So lady, be happy that you don't have to deal with such a "curse". A man gotta do what he's gotta do. And I agree with you, men are confused when it comes to you guys. Some of us just can't help our confusion sometimes. Sympathize with us. . A man will complain that girl's expect to be paid for sex, but he'll end up paying nonetheless. It's a mystery woman, it really is. Sex should not be itemilized It's sad how a few think |

humilitypays: I dare him, if he feels he is truly a strong man or hard boy, let him PM and send me jus his picture, if he doesn't get a visitation tonight that will make him quit that yeye local ekuke cultism they are using to disturb poor people around them, he should call me a bastard, I challenge him.
That was how one of their group stopped my car early this year in one area I went to visit a sick person, and was asking me to pay them or else they won't let my car pass. I just laughed at the idiot. His other group came close, I wound down and told them that the door of the car is open that if they get liver let them enter, one of them stubbornly entered my front car and challenged me that I should do my worst, but in less than 5 minutes he was crying and begging and telling me how his sick wife is suffering in Ijebu ode and needed money.....I asked him why did u join this local cult
This guy confessed everything about his life and was begging me to let him go. I warned him, you don't harrass everybody you see....some people are spirits, some are devil, some are peaceful evil men, some are high occultic men and women looking gentle and because their face aren't looking rough with Igbo blackened lips doesn't mean you that is poor, wretched and forming street gangstar rugged pass them. I warned him. I told him that for stopping me and challenging me, he will be stabbed that day but he won't die.
Low and behold, as I shouted at him to get out of my car, as this guy stepped out, see some guys running and chasing some of his gang members, just like film, two guys on Okada stabbed this guy before my eyes and flee on their bike.
I just drove off.
I dare that idiot of a boy tonight. If you are a strong boy PM Chu chu chu chu chu Too much talk no fit full basket . Baba shun this meat wey you dey chew leave am for Miami U have made your point never threaten a fellow man Shows you are no better Preach peace in a loving manner NEver underestimate a man saying u wanna meet up Wise words from a concerned amigos |

What taxes are you talking about Do u know how much tax house owners pay in Lagos state How many jobs are the govt providing ? U want people to pay tax when they have to provide electricity and water for thier businesses No insurance or sick leave Think before you talk The govt has nothing in place for anyone in Nigeria |

salford1: Truth is that Nigeria is a poor country brought upon itself by corrupt politicians. The politicians did not also fall from Mars. They were once masses like everyone. Truthfully. The tax paid in Nigeria is also very little. Like 10% I believe and people would rather dodge it too if they can. In addition, lots of other taxes and deductions in place in developed countries are absent in Nigeria. Then again, the little the government received. They have done nothing with it than to embezzle including proceeds from exports. Revenues are not generated only from tax mate |
