It is the job of WAEC not the Nigeria army to determine if Buhari sworn affidavit on his WAEC is true. It has not been proven by WAEC that Buhari did not write WAEC so how did you come up with the conclusion that Buhari lied in his affidavits. I also know that WAEC don't issue certificate twice so INEC should go to WAEC to verify his SSCE results.

Why is buhari shifting his responsibility to others? Why cant he apply to waec to reissue him the result assuming he has lost it? He should be disqualified because it is clear he never sat for any waec.
