18,600 does not need to be in the sponsor's account. It is the minimum annual salary a sponsor should earn for at least 6 months prior to application in other to stand eligible to sponsor their spouse if they are going through salary route

is the 18,600pounds from the sponsor meant to be in the account for 28 days before the statement is printed out?

Or it is the gross annual icome of the sponsor that should show on the employment letter?

There's no super priority for Settlement Visa. Only Standard and Priority

Electronic bank statements need to be stamped on every page or get a letter from the bank confirming they are genuine.
Priority is 573 pounds but they are temporary unavailable.
