Sports › Nigerian Based Football Clubs by OneLuvNja(op): 6:16pm On Apr 18, 2012
Just wondering, I know nigerians r crazy about football but I never hear them rooting for a Nigerian Football Club, or saying that they r a fan of a Naija based club. Why is this? I know we have Enyimba club in Aba. Any thoughts?
Education › Re: Have You Ever Cheated In Examination? by OneLuvNja(f): 4:26pm On Dec 28, 2011
Ah yes oo, I was taking my final exams for Chemistry (S S C E) in Federal Owerri, and since my last name starts with 'A' I was in the front row in front of the teachers (who had vehemently warned us against cheating). Anyway since I didn't study and absolutely did not want an 'F', I copied every single answer on the paper of this girl that was sitting right next to me, it was obj and surprisingly not so hard to commit the crime cheesy. Anyway, after the exam I asked her how it was and you can imagine my immense joy when she said something to the effect "oh it was very easy, I'm sure I'll get an 'A' ". Fast foward to result day, I go to the bulletin board to check my result, just imagine my immense confusion when I see an 'F' next to my name. "There must b some kinda mistake" I thought. So I go up the list a couple of names to check the result of the girl I copied, yep u guessed it, she had a big fat F.

badmus77:
There r good reasons for employing house help, If my wife can't cook the sort of meals I love, well, house help is allowed or about if I marry one hard working lady n always home btw 8-9pm, I dnt think is a good idea to wait for her to come bk to do the cooking, as for us men, we need to learn how to cook as well, women love their kitchen n always happy to cook their men meals, all they needed from us is a lil bit of help.
I see my Naija guys r becoming broadminded, way to go. Really I would love to be the one cooking for my hubby always, but like badmus77 said, if I'm working during the day and coming back late I'll probably b very exhausted to cook (unless I hooked the fridge/freezer up with some good meals during the weekend. But then some guys want food that was cooked today today, long story sha).

Anyway as for househelp, question is, is it a MALE househelp or FEMALE househelp? Too many girls these days r something else, forever resorting to anything to become the madam of the house. Maybe I watch too many Nollywood movies, but seriously, for me it's either houseboy, elderly lady that keeps house, or professional MALE cook, or just me and my hubby (he'll probably want to help if I'm too tired to cook, because he loves me, abi? guys take a hint, what a girl wants wink  )
Romance › Re: Will You Marry Someone Outside Your Tribe Or Ethnic Group? by OneLuvNja(f): 6:34pm On Jun 27, 2011
Yes ooo, I'm Ibo but I looove Delta/ Edo boys. I grew up in Aba and wouldn't touch Aba boys with a 10 foot pole, to marry that is. I'm sure there r some swell Aba guys, just never really met 1 I'd like to date, talkless of marry.  Aba guys make good pals tho. The boyfriend I had b4 I left lived in Port Harcourt and was from Edo State  wink very cool guy with his own brand of swagg and a walk to die for.

On a cool note, my Aba brothers r sure of themselves, that Aba confidence, can't go wrong with that.

AAAH! Missy B u rock! Thanks for all the mouth watering recipes and pics, my mouth is truly watering. Do u have a restaurant? And if so r u based in the U.S.? I'd like to visit ooo. I've been hearing a lot about this Edikang Ikong soup, now I can try making it  cool. And that picture of Egusi soup is so so appealing.
Romance › Re: We Were Born On Thesame Year by OneLuvNja(f): 1:46am On Feb 28, 2011
At poster, only 3 months older? R u kidding me? U guys r the same age then. NAIJA GUYS SHINE UR EYES. Do u love

her or not? that is d question
, u shouldn't care what people think, abi? It's not as if she's on cougar level (5yrs or

more), and even at that, if that's ur thing, hey? okay, personally I don't dig the lady being too many yrs older sha.

But when u're a grown up, age is mostly a #, someone that's some yrs older than u might look younger than u and vice

versa. If u're having issues with 3 months older huh maybe u should really b asking urself if u really want to spend the

rest of ur life with her (if u guys r'nt hitched already since u posted this in Nov). As for me, my ideal guy is 2 years

younger, uhuh. I know I won't have any probs respecting him cos he's a grown up, and all that and more.
Romance › Re: Sexy Fragrances by OneLuvNja(f): 1:02am On Feb 28, 2011
Yep Shy-One, Bulgari has men perfumes. The particular male perfume by Bulgari that I'm talking about is called Bvlgari. Try it on u'r guy, u'll definitely b all over him  wink
Romance › Re: Sexy Fragrances by OneLuvNja(f): 12:49am On Feb 28, 2011
Yeah, when it comes to perfume for guys, I can personally vouch for Lagerfeld, it crowds my senses, very very, one more very, sexy. Bulgari for men is also a turn on. Now guys, I think u'll b in a better position to say which female perfumes make u go absolutely gaga (not lady gaga style o). Abeg share cos I'm currently searching for a veeery sexy female perfume, u know, female equivalent of Lagerfeld effects.

Nawaoo, Shy-One, you sound nothing like your name. I do agree with you though, as a lady if you like a guy definetely don't throw yourself at him, instead, 'set yourself up to be chased'. The dude is currently in naija sha but as soon as he hits NYC I plan to get busy, nawaoo see planning. Anyway all the best with that your guy.

or if I was sitting and she delibrately sits on my lap(I get this often).
That actually makes me feel much better, maybe the chic just sat on his lap without warning, abi? Really hoping that's the case, LOL
Romance › Guys, Would You Carry A Babe That Isn't Your Girlfriend On Your Lap? by OneLuvNja(op): 3:47am On Oct 15, 2010
I just saw a very recent picture of this guy I really like, the problem is he was carrying a girl on his lap and I don't know what to think of that. From what I know, this guy is on the reserved side, I'm thinking he wouldn't be carrying her on his lap if they're not dating or something. I've seen many pictures of him and he hardly ever poses with girls. And when he's in a pic with a girl it's obvious there's nothing btw them, except for this one with the girl on his lap. Abeg o I need help, I'm trying to keep an open mind and not be jealous:

Guys, would you carry a chic that you're not even considering dating on your lap? Under what circumstances would you carry a chic on your lap?

Ladies, how would you feel if you saw your boyfriend or someone you're considering dating carrying a girl on his lap?

I know one time I boarded a bus going to DC, there were a lot of empty seats and this young guy that I don't know from Adam that was looking like he was feeling randy (Federal Owerri wink ) asked me if I wanted to sit on his lap. Needless to mention I declined but that stuck in my head 'cause this otherwise responsible looking guy looked like he was wanting some kind of , gratification.

I appreciate your input people, thanks.
Romance › Re: What Are Ur Turn On/off's For Boiz/girls by OneLuvNja(f): 1:45am On Sep 28, 2010
This topic is old BUT still relevant, so here goes:

Turn on: Tall lanky guys with chiseled muscles (not too bulked up mind you, just lean with an outline of muscles), with very dark defined and kissable lips. And if one of his two front teeth is broken a little bit that's even better.

Ps. neat medium length dreads that lie down seals the deal.

I insist, Tuface is the bestest cool
We could go on and on with this argument but what will that solve, let the FACTS! speak for themselves.

I'm still saying tho that the THREE of them bring their own uniqueness to the table.
                                                    NO NEED TO COMPARE, EVER.

While I don't think it's necessary to compare the three- they all bring their individual uniqueness to the table- I totally disagree with googles. Tu is not better than FAZE, that's word!
