Yakubu is the worst. Maurice Iwu presided when our democracy was young with little electoral law. INEC budget was also very low. He did his bit though performed woefully. As for Yakubu, with a budget running into hundreds of billions and he can only deliver this sham, he deserve the worst INEC chairman. |
