the new Tecno n93 seem to be available in Kenya, but still nt announced in Nigeria .. anyone with info on the new tab?

they also replied my rating msg on playstore that d facebook gateway is up n running.

I just noticed dat d facebook gateway on 2go is now working!!! mine is working well now!

op is scared because he has 2 many skeletons in his cupboard! dnt worry I will see them all on that day. lolz.

has anyone experienced this .... the facebook gateway stopped working few weeks ago after an update!

is it a general issue with 2go apps? android version, from playstore.

when I try to login, it returns a message that the username and password is incomplete!

Funmimercy: A tab is used for so many things. The reason i want a tab could be different from the reason you want yours. i asked a question based on the fact that i wanted a sincere answer that concerns one of the purposes i need a tab. Excuse me when i say sound quality i know what i mean. You don't need to insult me, my former tecno product is not really serving my purpose well because of the sound quality. I can't even listen to live radio (internet based radio) without having to strain my ears, or use an ear piece. Every thing shld not be about insult. Please demonstrate a little bit of respect. I have so many things i can use sound for in a tab apart from ur own listed reasons. Excuse me, i asked a sincere question because i wanted to be sure before purchasing the product.

this device cannot do hardware video decoding....(Mediatek no dey get GPU? sad)

had to use MXplayer and chose software decoding to play a HD mp4

if u know whats good for u dont ever remove d protector.

enable developer mode and remove animations. limit background processes to 3 or it will slow down when u install apps

This is what happens when people want 2 much from a device....expect a tablet to function like a mini DV video camera, home theatre, mainframe computer etc......

If you want to be a photographer or Cameraman simply buy urself a camera and stop using a tab as one...its feels very awkward when I see people holding a tablet (7" - 10" high in parties, churches, occassions/functions/seminars all in the name of taking pictures or video clips....there area devices made for that purpose and that was why google didn't have a rear camera in their first Nexus 7 because they knew it was not necessary for a table and the front camera they addd was for video chatting (one of the things a tab was made for)....

People will buy a car and expect the car to fly like a chopper and they simply get disappointed whe their cars can't fly like a chopper does...

Most tablet owners don't do more than watch video, play games and music and also browser the web (Facebook) what else do they use it for....

I can't leave an LED TV with a home theatre for the sake of watching a movie with a tab....unless u rarely have electricity in ur area

If you want better sound I woulod advise u get urself a Home theatre ....its high time we tell orselves the truth...You don expect a tablet or Phone to sound like a Home Theatre...thats not what its made for...so also u don't expect ur home theatre to browser etc...

Its as bad as someone saying His car can't fly like a Chopper. or some1 wanting His car to fly...These devices/gadgets/Electronics/Automobiles are made for diff purposes and should be used for the purpose they were made for....How do we expect things to work when we always expect round pegs to fit square holes...

Its not everything u feel like (or dram of) that u come up here to ask ....be careful

by the way a car life span don't depend on the mileage but on maintenance....the engine of a 300K miles car may still be stronger and better than the enging of a 50K miles car...reason is maintenance....and the owner!

Some people don't care whether the engine oil is ok or not and they don't also care whether the Gear Box/power steering uses oil or not and so on.... Proper maintence keeps a car running at any mileage

And thats why they scam some Nigerians with mileage...They will roll the Mileage backward and tell u That a Toyota Camry that was produced in 1999 or 2001 (13 - 14 years ago) has 80 to 150K mileage... ask yourself how many miles was the car driven per year and how years has the car been driven...For me once the Engine and gear box is sound and the interior and exterior looks good to some extent I don mind the mileage....mileage is just a number counted and still counting....

So be wise.....

Advise to my christian Brothers and Sisters.....

We should learn to ignore certain things, and its not everything you hear that you respond to....Ofcourse nobody wants to respond to a mad man/Woman on the street, same goes here...

anybody that is a christian (Not just attending Church) will not come up here to criticize God's servant (because He/She knows the reward for that)...the Bible says we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers.....

have you ever wonder why they are so concerned and angry against the growth of the Church, why they criticize what they didn;t contribute their money to, and why same people don't criticize the Govt for wasting the budget and Tax payer's money yearly? this goes a long way to show how lost some people are and what is using them against the Church or how childish they are (You dont joke just anything u feel like)....

Why the insult for something that happened last year...Some other guys called also here on NL b4 me...if Airtel wanted to stop it they would have...I use the one that U have to call Etisalat line and dail a code, later Airtel discovered and they slashed my 3GB i already got and other guys also experienced the slashing...

if airtel were interested in slashing this one they would have since last year...so guy cool ur blood.

even this code (*440*161*) I dail did not work because they knw in their system dat am not using a BB, but when I dailled the other BB code (*400*16#) today it worked and am browsing with it...sometimes they just ask u to comfirm your number and ur device, they already know ur device, Why did MTN, Glo and Etisalat block android off their BB plans?

Airtel knows what they are doing. They told me the device I use sometime ago even without asking me, that was when I had issues with Internet settings, I never told but they said they didn't have settings for my phone (called the name n make) and they gave me manual settings to enter.

Airtel careless, They are aware, I have use other bb Plan before on android (*440*4# for 1 GB at #1200 or #1400) and it was customer care that told soemone what to do to make it work on android, imagine that!

I have over #1500, I dailled the Code and the reply was that I am not eligible, I called customer care and they said its because am not using blackberry...I don't know if I insert my sim into a BB Phone and subscribe then swap back to my android if it will work that way....

mcgboye: I think so too. And based on my experience with the N9, if they bring another tab running on Android 4.3 I'll likely buy too. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that it's going to be another great product. And of course cheap too (*wink*).

Everyone who has handled my N9, including colleagues using far more expensive tabs, has had only good things to say about it. I'm sure Tecno won't be the only ones to take advantage of the Android 4.3 as other manufacturers will be keen to produce phones that is customised to run on 4.3

I have this feeling that Tecno will release another Tab soonest...Dont know when exact, but with android 4.3 on the block, something gonna come up soon.....
