There is a very BIG difference between 185/80x14 and 195/65x14 in terms of height.....185/80x14 is higher than 195/65x14....the difference is MUCH! So to answer your question; Siena, a tyre's width does NOT in any way determine it's height.......

a) 195/65x14.
b) 185/80x14.
