It seems the only possible way is to buy euros from aboki people, cus trying to pay with debit card won't work as there are transaction limits of about $100 dollars a day..

Using TUM's conversion to the German 1.0-4.0 scale, 4.20 equates to 1.5 German scale which is a first-class minimum in Germany. 3.9/5 in the Nigerian scale qualifies for 1.9 German scale.
Not all 2.1's in the Nigerian grading qualifies for scale ranges between 1.0-1.9 in the German scale.

The above truth is what has been giving alot of 2.1's AD. For all those that keep stressing its just first-class, do note that "1." Was stated in the German site. Some 2.1 very much qualify.

People getting AD's on those points are just on a low smiling at the gullibility of emphasis on just first-class on Nigerian grading system.

If you have 2.1 with at least 4.0, please apply for CAT A as long as you graduated after 2018. I rest my case

Yes of course it is 1.0,1.1,1.2.....1.9 they are german equivalent of your BSc degree. Their grading system is from 1.0 to 4.0 while ours its 5.0 to 1.0. U can use online german equivalent converters..but What is your certificate year? That's the most important thing now.

This 1. CLASS of a thing.. I'm thinking this should be candidates with German grade of 1.0, 1.1 .....to 1.9... Maybe I'm wrong, but we really have to verify from the German embassy, maybe calling them on phone or reaching them through email

I have gone through it, it is for self assessment - if your bachelor courses are similar to there's.

In one of their flyers, I saw a place where it stated that "applicant must have a profound knowledge in mathematics, mechanics and statistics".

I contacted them by mail and they didn't disclose what "profound" is because of legal issues.

So I'm looking for who has already gotten admitted to that programme, to see if the person has few Cs maybe 3 courses. So I can be rest assured that a C won't be a problem.... ( make i no go waste money on top GRE �)

If you don't have GRE you can't apply for Advanced computational methods in civil Engineering.

Dresden rejected your Access application right?

Yes, Dresden rejected my application as my grade in few courses were not in their upper third grade of there scale. That's in the past now.

For RWTH AACHEN, I will write GRE on August 1.But I want to know if they'll reject my application just the way dresden did. So I'm looking for who got admitted to the programme to ask about his/her grades in mechanics and mathematics.

I would like to know if anyone here is a student of Advanced Computational methods in Civil Engineering at RWTH AACHEN.

I got rejected at TU Dresden cuz I made 5 Cs in some courses in my undergraduate studies. Now I'm planning on applying to RWTH for almost a similar programme. RWTH AACHEN does not disclose the selection procedures.I will be grateful if a student of Advanced Computational methods in Civil Engineering in RWTH tells me about his/her grades in mathematics and mechanics courses in his/her undergraduate studies...
