almost all of the PVC registered in south east are owned by Igbo's plus that with the numerical strength of Igbo's who registered outside east which should be greater than Igbo based easterners,Igbo's can still make big difference in the upcoming election,my concern is will Igbo's come out massively to vote especially those outside east....this is for those that attack the PVC collection by tribe and not region.
