In most cases I have seen its caused by bad parenting. And if ure more sincere with urself you are the cause of this problem because you paid less attention to little things until it turns bigger. Sexuality apart, when I was growing up my dad used to say mother's don't knw how to train children but the bitter truth is true. Not all mothers but majority. Now ur children is out of hand ure seeking for advice but tell urself the truth you failed woofully bringing those boys up. I'm 30yrs old and doing well on my own, running my own biz and leaving in a different state from my parent but do u knw there is this respect and fear in even bringing a girl home. And a boy of 17 and 19 dey do such nonsense, them no even born me well to pierce ear when I dey my papa house. Pls single ladies with children here learn from this ladies mistake because the evil we fail to destroy today will destroy us tomorrow. Sometimes the problem of this country is all of us. Someone who needs help posted something online about his addiction which is very bad instead for some of you to keep quiet if you have nothing to say you quickly jump on the topic to show ur foolishness and backwardness. As for the OP you did well by bringing this thing up here and I will advice to take the reasonable advice you see here and deglect the foolish ones because for you to bring it up here it means you actually feel guilty of the act.

My take is you need to discipline yourself not everything is spiritual, and most at times what we need is discipline and pastor laying hands on ur head. Whenever you see ur female ngbrs coming from the bathroom instead of allowing the thought of lust coming over you try as hard to defeat the spirit by locking yourself up inside your room by doing this daily, weekly you will find out that self control is actually what you need and with time such habit will leave you. This guy just said something beautiful.... The both of them are great players but what i hate is that Ronaldo is the most hated player i have ever seen, when he scores they hate,

Messi had the best players around him in his early days at barcelona. Likes of xavi and iniesta that took on any midfield they ever played on, ever since this players left barca the great barcelona have never been the same, though they are still one of the top clubs in europe... for me i think Messi is a fine player compare to Ronaldo but generally RONALDO is the best... lets go to their country side and lets look at the caliber of players that surrounds them and check what both of them has achieved... the reason people talk about messi being a flop if he leaves bercelona is because he has shown the world that aside barca he cant play if not he would have achieved with his homeland Argentina with all the better choices he got there.

brother mi, if u sack ur staff becoz of what they gossip about you, the new staff you employ will also gossip.. there are some things in life that are normal and no one can change that...

the best advice anyone can give you is to be diplomatic in whatsoever that ure doing with people, though i bliv you just spoke your part and i also bliv they av their own part of the story.... but sumtyms C.E.O's have their own faults and the staff might not av the courage to say it in front of them becoz of fear of sack etc... i am saying this and i knw many would agree with me becoz some of us here work under people.

bro, the worst mistake you will do is to sack all of them but at the same time in an organization everybody can be changed, so play the game cool. arrange meeting with ur staff, be free with them. But, like a wolf always knw when to act, and as for the age factor its not a new thing coz we are in Nigeria and we knw things like this happen everyday.

my last piece of advice: read books on leadership, never act when you are angry bcoz u av the absolute power in the school and absolute power can corrupt your mind if ure not careful. if your father that owned the school allowed some of the things to be happening and yet the school is still running then there might be something you are missing.. take ur time, think things through and sack staff when necessary.
