Hello house,

Please I just got a request letter for proof that the company exists since they could not do an online verification (the company does not have an online presence) I reached out to the owner of the company to see what proof they could give me and he suggested CAC but the issue with that is the company was not officially registered until 2023 and I stopped work there in 2021. Please is there any other way we could prove the company's existence. Thank you. Also I was paid in cash while I worked there so there is no bank trail. The owner uses his personal account for transactions. All suggestions are welcomed. Thank you all so much

If it were me I'd send a webform to address the RR points.

Sibling - check FAQ 37 that you updated what's on the application checklist. And resend if possible. Maybe there was an ommission when uploading.

Employer - short LOE to give details of how employer can be reached. Better if it's information from a public source like email and phone number on their website.

POF - resend deposit certificate, statement showing money taken out from account going into deposit and short LOE to explain money can be got back from the FD at any time.

Sometimes RRs are resolved without ADR or further communication to the applicant so it's really up to you.

Please I have 1 more question, the RR also said that my pay stub looks generated. The company I worked for does not actually use pay stub and when I asked for 1, they just did a word template for me that had the breakdown of my monthly pay and deductions.
I know I could use my account statement, but I have other transactions there that I do not want to be explaining. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks once again

Hello house, please I need advice; I just got my cbsa note and it states RR (Review Required). The reasons for the RR were listed, I would like to know if it is wise to raise a webform to address the concerns on the CBSA notes or should wait for them to send ADR. The application entered RR since December. My AOR is Oct. Thank you for any and all advices

1. It states that it needed to verify my sibling relationship (I have a brother in canada, my sister who is also in canada used the same brother for her application in 2022 and we submitted the same
documents she did)
2. It said it could not contact my employer ( my employer did not get any email from them nor calls according to him)
3. It said I did not add my statement of account for my POF (I only used fixed deposit ceritificate)
Those are the 3 things that were sated

Hello fam.... Please can anybody help me with this issue.
The date of birth on a friend's transcript is different from the one on all his other documents (NIN, PASSPORT, ETC) He wants to do WES and our contact with the school is saying that changing it not possible. Please any suggestions on what can be done. Thanks

Hello everyone, I got an email from Ontario saying that they needed added documents and that I should check my profile for further information. Login into my profile it was checked green saying that no additional document is needed. Do I need to do anything or should I just wait. Thanks �

Hi, please how did your employee prove her work experience. Mine was my nanny while I was in Nigeria for a period of two years but she was paid by hand. I intend bringing her to Canada and all documents were submitted but they are asking for proof of payment. Also how to I go about her reference letter. She currently works as a nanny somewhere in Nigeria but still gets paid by hand. How do I respond to this ADR on her experience please and how do I prove it. Its very urgent. Thanks

This is the timeliness for my prospective employee.
- Her application was received in Edmonton March 2020.
- She received her temporary application number by email April 2021.
- She received AOR and permanent application number August 2021 and she has been able to link her application to IRCC online account through GCKey.
One thing is sure, this pilot HCCP program processing is damn slow. 2019 and 2020 applicants are still awaiting approval so if you are just applying know that you have to be patient. As it stands it seems 2.5 years is the average processing time.

Hello house... Please I got NOI from Ontario and I have submitted my application. Unfortunately due to age I have dropped below the CRS score that was picked. I know my application will still be processed but I would like to know if I need to inform them of this change and how to go about it. Please all answers are welcome. Thanks

You don’t have to worry about your points dropping because of age. Similar thing happened to me. I got NOI few days to my birthday, I quickly screen grabbed my CRS score before I dropped points and I submitted my application weeks after I lost 5 points which was below the cutoff mark. I had no issues and still got my nomination.

Hello everyone, I got NOI form Ontario with a CRS score of 455 although I have submitted my application it has not been acknowledged yet and 2days ago I dropped points due to age 450. Who knows if I need to update them about this and what channel to use. Thanks �
NB* the lowest score selected for that batch of NOI was 455.

This is news cos I used GTBank to fix my POF and I was given a fixed deposit certificate. But this was in 2019. Except maybe it is a policy change.

Ask again to confirm, maybe they mean a fixed deposit statement cos I don’t see how your normal statement of account can be the only proof for FD.

Hello .. pls I will like to ask which bank in Nigeria gives fixed deposit certificate. I went to GTBank today wanting to fix my POF but I was told that the only thing they can give to show that I have a fixed deposit with them is my statement of account. Will that be enough? Please help

Receive the money, ask your bank to place funds in a fixed deposit account and submit the fixed deposit certificate as proof of funds

Hello good people... Pls I need your advice on POF. I actually have or should I say had the money for my POF in fixed deposit but I liquidated it to loan it to my sister who paid back with interest. After which I loaned it out again to my friend who is with it currently. I told her to hold on to it till I know what to do. I actually was not expecting a nomination because I intend to write my TEF exam in April but as God will have it I got NOI from Ontario in February. Now I don't know how to prove my POF. Should I write a letter of explanation or just have my friend transfer it to my Dad who can then gift it to me. I'm confused please help. Thanks �
