Yes, CAD can be transferred from Nigeria. However, it will be treated as a third currency. Your funds will first be converted to USD and then to CAD . You will lose a lot in exchange rates and fees.

Also, due to bank costs and the fact that I'm not sure if bank can transfer directly to CAD, I was thinking of using rave by flutterwave to transfer instead but I'm a little scared. Access bank has 2 rates at the moment; N375 for master card and N430 for visa card though they said it will come down.
