na wao so no body can talk again in this country? that's how we got to this position when you say the truth you are arrested. what a country.if we don't speak out lean from our mistake, this country will never move forward.the amalgamation of Nigeria itself is an aberration this is because we do not think alike that is why the Yoruba man don't trust the Ibo man, the Ibo man don't trust the Hausa man etc.as the president of the nation if you are developing Lagos for example the Hausa man will say you are marginalizing them.if you decide to develop Enugu the Yoruba man will say you are marginalizing them.its a terrible situation . there is nothing in this country that is working. the roads, light, water, absolute nothing this is because of the distrust among the various ethnic component that make up the entity call Nigeria.otherwise haw do you explain that the entire country is on nation grid that can not generate enough power for the nation why are state not allow to generate their own electricity? anything that is provided by the government never works. eg water, light, roads , security etc. anybody that get to the position of authority will want to steal as much as possible because he does not trust the Nigeria people, the government and the state to provide basic amenities for his generations to come.the politician who have more information than we do don't believe in the entity call Nigeria.they only shout one Nigeria when they want us to give them the opportunity to steal so much enough for themselves and that of their family yet unborn. there is no single politician who believe in Nigeria and they know the truth.it is scientifically proven and even God in the Bible acknowledge that a people with the same mind and goals will overcome any problem. why has Nigeria not able to overcome it problem? the answer is not far fetched. the politician know these facts but they will never tell us because they want us to give them more time to steal as much as possible.until we sit down address these issues, i don't see this country moving forward because no president we ever be go enough for this country because of the distrust by the various ethnic group that make up the entity call Nigeria.

i think it easier to maintain the Nissan infinity than the range rover, this is becos the Nissan is v6 engine why the range is a v8 engine by this the v6 is economical in fuel consumption. however, i think the range gives more prestige than the infinity.again this is total my opinion

I honestly think people are not looking at this issue objectively. In as much as I do not support the action of the father of the student because two wrongs don’t make a right I think is totally outrageous for a teacher to brutalize a student with the disguise of correcting the student. If the boy is below 18years of age the child right act forbid this kind of treatment on a child if he is 18years and above it is legally wrong to do this to a young person which makes it an assault on the boy by the teacher. However, I think both parties are wrong in their actions and should be reprimanded. In the UK corporal punishment is ban yet the children behave better and obey authority than here. In Nigeria because of the way we have being brought up, when you commit offense in school you are violently beating for correction but this actually toughen us and makes us violent to each other when someone offense us. You see our men beat up their wife’s for any little offense people fighting on the street for minor disagreement, we react violently to any disagreement this cut across every area of society and behavior .I think it is time we abolish corporal punishment and follow the Europe module for a better society

I live in Ikeja. A year back, my landlord gave me a quit notice I never saw a few months after I had paid him a yearly rent age.

At the expiration of my tenancy I called him that I want to paid the yearly rent I normally pay. He then told me that his agent will see me. I later got a letter from him through his so called agent from a lawyer of the landlord's intention to recovery his property from me. I then called the lawyer and arranged a meeting with him, after our meeting he told me he will ask the landlord what he want since am not owing him.

Before his reply came, I saw the landlord , who told me that actually he needs money and the only remedy is for me to pay him three years rent. I told him I cant afford that, that I will try to raise two years rent for him. I gave him cash and cheque to make up for the two years rent he demanded. I then demanded for my receipt for the money I have giving him he said he will give me the receipt when I complete the money i.e. when he cash the cheque.

On the day of the cheque the money I was expecting from the contract I did, did not clear so I called him and told him not to present the cheque that he should give me some time. He came the following day told me that he has gotten the money he has been expecting the reason why he put pressure on me to pay him two year rent. I then ask him again for my receipt of the money I have paid so far he said he will bring it to me but he never did, all my repeated plea for him to give me my receipt yielded nothing.

At the expiration of my rent I called him that I wanted to pay my rent. He told me he does not know what am talking about that my case is in court, so I went to him and ask what he meant by my case is in court, he told me that since I did not pay him the two years he demanded from me he has taking me to court with the quite notice he served me last year that why he did not give me my receipt.

Later I overheard him telling somebody that he will have somebody represent me in court and have me kicked out. My problem now is I was never served with court summons and I do not know the court were the case was filed. Please I need a lawyer to advice me on the step to take as I have seen situations were people were thrown out of their apartments without them ever invited to court. Please I need urgent advice please.
