Jumia also did me strong thing on Black Friday. I ordered for a WINAIT camera which was reduced to 15k on d said day. I received my order almost 2 weeks later. I opened d pack only to see a brandless camera that shoots photos and videos not different from what we get from Itel java phones. I was furious and put a call through their care service only to b told that they are unavailable for now. I sent them a mail which they replied to have received and will review my complaint. I took the camera with a filled return form to their Ibadan office, it was collected and I was told to go and await a call or email from them. Since then( Last Friday) I haven't heard or received any mail from them. My money and the useless camera is with them. I don't even know d next step to take but I have vowed to rub their useless name in d mud however I know how to if d camera is not changed or my money returned. Jumia is a BIG DIGRACE to online shopping. Awon Ole!!!

Bought it UK used and Yes it was rooted but not any more as I have restored to factory settings through recovery mode.

Hi guys, My Samsung s4 of few months just stop connecting to any network. It detects inserted sim but instead of searching for a network, it will simply display No Service. I checked my imei with *#06# only to find 004999010640000/1 instead of my normal imei. I av tried all network sim and non is working. Please help as my s4 is just useful for movies and music now. Awaiting ur responses. thanks.

My Infinix Zero is Completely dead. After I changed the IMEI and Reboot, it started Hanging, and the Wifi and bluetooth started malfunctioning. So I booted into recovery and Reset to Factory Settings. But instead of the phone to boot up, it went dead. Not charging, PC not detecting it (Used like 5 different USB Cords) and SP Flashtool won't detect it either. Any Solution to this problem? Please help. Thanks.

@Karmanaut, Big thanks to you. I was able to boot into recovery, then i restored my backup. My Zero is now up but Wifi and bluetooth are malfunctioning and my fone hangs. The wifi is reading "turning on" but it wont turn on and its draining battery while bluetooth wont come on at all. I tried reflashing my stock rom again but d problem remains. Pls what do i do nw? Thanks

Update: Just confirmed now that my radio is not working. writes "currently not available" whenever i switch it on.

After installing ADB, connect your phone to your PC via a USB cord.
Open Windows Explorer , go to your C:// directory you'll see a folder named ADB.
Open that folder then while holding the shift key right-click you'll see an option to "open command window here" click on it, then the command window will open.
Type:

 adb devices

Then enter
To see if it detects your device, your device serial number should be listed.
If it does then press

 adb reboot recovery

Your device should boot into recovery mode.

I have Infınıx zero 16gb. I was runnıng Antutu Benchmark app on ıt when ıt suddenly started blınkıng. It blınked lıke 2 to 3 tıme and den d green lıght dat comes up to ındıcate full battery came up and d fone wont come up anymore. It has been 7hours now, d green lıght dıd not go off and my fone wont come up. I have CWM ınstalled and also have backup. Pls help.

If ıts a screen problem, ı thınk ıt should stıll receıve calls. And ıt dıdnt fall down or somethıng. Agaın wıth d green lıght just there sınce mornıng. Does dıs ındıcate screen ıssue? Was thınkıng ıt got brıcked. Wanna know thıs so as not to get rıpped off by engıneers. Thanks.
