Ossaic66: Please, someone should advice me on what to do. I registered on 13th July 2019 and wrote the online test on 17th June 2019. I submitted my my test successfully after writing. I received message today being 19th 2019 telling me that the deadline has Now passed for stage1 of my shell application and since my completed assessment haven't yet been received that I have been withdrawn from the process. I completed my test and submitted successfully and was told that I don't have any assessments to complete. I can close this browser window. But i didn't receive any working style feedback report. Someone should please help me. I believe the only option is by sending a message to them immediately. What did you use for the assessment? |

mrbrams: Good morning.. How can someone get high scores in the working style assessment? Is it by choosing high options like STRONGLY AGREE or what? I believe your answer should be Strongly Agree or Strongly Disagree, avoid staying on the fence. |

flowwolf09: What you don't know is that your name won't enter MIS if you don't pass. Thats how the shortlisting was done and the interview invite was sent. Do you know those not invited were not sent a message. Now do the analysis. You pick the top 1% from each state and quickly reimburse their TP to reduce your work. FCC says you must employ the best from each state. You then barter and truck to select the remainder to join them. From your analysis, you are contradicting yourself. 1. You said those that weren't invited didn't receive a message. (Which means NNPC wants to reduce cost) 2. From your analysis, it means those who aren't successful will not receiving their transport allowance at all, since their names didn't enter the MIS. (How possible is that?) |

Reference: Your academic competence is meant to serve you 'on the job', on tbe task your employment entails. It does not confer you with a job. It is your skill and acumen that gets you a job. That is the purpose of job interviews. No one will just give a certificate holdr employment without an opportunity to see him speak and act no matter how lofty his credentials are.
Now if you are not called for interview on account of the tough job market, project your skills and acumen to an uninterested market. Demonstrate your skillls and shop window your services at your cost and if they are good enough believe me AND HEAR THIS GOOD.
SOMEONE WILL BE SACKED TO MAKE WAY FOR YOU.
Half of the opportunities I have experienced in career has been at the expense of someone else that simply couldn't do it better, cheaper, faster amd more creatively than me. In this light there is nothing like unemployment anywhere. Every organisation in the world except those on a course to destruction will always seek to upgrade and advance its business and this includes its staff.
I can go on and on but my break time is over and I have to get back to work. Chopper is coming in. It can only get better, I believe. |
