Mind you it's never been about attracting global students to fund the system, it's about attracting the global brains to run the scheme... and the selection process of these "Global brains" doesn't take into account that exceptional students could also have exceptional ideologies and perform an all round evaluation of exceptional profiles... rather focus is on academics alone ... and if National security is a priority, where is the fault in vetting a selection process for "societal untouchables" that is skewed in the first place?
