Ayotunde81: Thanks @opwa4us for ur response, i don't have a land for now, am just about starting and I wanted to be sure if the said amount will be OK to start, actually am thinking of renting a pen or get a land to lease before I can purchase one fully. what option is best OK to chooSe from. I hope to receive your response. Thanks I think if u don't have ur own land. renting a pen wo uld be better than leasing a land.... but if u want to lease land be sure u agree on longtime usage to make use of ur structure built on it well to be on a gaining side. |

hey bro. I'm of the opinion that u don't need more than that for a start if u have ur land ready...cost of building a 4 to 6rooms can't be more than 250k if u monitor ur project well... MAke source of water ready... buy pigs worth 150k obviously not weaners alone to me make ur return Early... 350k should be enough for longistics and feeding for 6months till u start sellin piglets. I'm a living example |

obailala: Impressive!.. If rice takes such a short time to harvest, why can't this rice revolution be faster?... We've got massive expanse of land all over the place, why is every state not doing this? Its because u aren't owning a farm yet as an individual. u cant be blaming government all the time. agriculture is not a government thing. our negligence got us here. just saying |

Business › Re: Ifeanyi Ubah: 'I Can Bring The US-Dollar To N200 In One Month' by opwa4us(m): 4:11pm On Feb 22, 2016 |
Mboi: Yes he can do it. He is not Bubu that lacks integrity who promised Nigerians heaven and earth including making $1 to N1. Ifeanyi Uba has saved Nigerians before in May 2015 when artificial fuel scarcity was killing Nigerians. He said he had enough fuel that will serve the whole country for weeks and he did it. Now he said if given a chance he will make $1 back to N200 within one month, I know they will not want him to save Nigerians because of political selfish interest. Very soon we’ll start hearing on news headline; How Capital Oil Boss Ifeanyi Uba Diverted $862billion from NNPC in 2014- EFCC I sincerely sympathise with your your blindness. When will u stop this your tribalistic reasoning? Its an economic issue not the the matter of wealth or how much u have. I bet he knows nothing about what he is saying. Except we increase our export and reduce the demand for foreign goods. Naira will never have power |

Politics › Re: Budgetgate And The 2 Trillion Fraud by opwa4us(m): 11:23am On Feb 18, 2016 |
snailspeed: You argument is very weak bro.
1. The frivolous items didn't somehow find their way into the budget. It was deliberately put there by human beings. Your use of such a phrase gives you up blatantly.
2. The total amount is a problem as long as almost a third of the budget is fraud. We are not talking about 1% fraud here. This is really mind boggling
3. The reason the ministers didn't defend it is because it is indefensible! Any attempt to defend it will leave anyone with a black eye. Even the APC social media zombies could not defend it. If it was not that bad, the ministers would definitely have defended it. You recall lie Mohammed initially tried to defend it, but when the revelations kept coming out, he got overwhelmed. They thought they could still pull it through but they were greatly mistaken. If the president was interested in public scrutiny, he would have made a statement a long time ago and pulled the budget back. But what did he do then? He attempted to steal it. Have you forgotten that? Have you forgotten how we ended up with two budgets? Aha U can't say his argument his weak bro. I believe u are the one ignoring the reality. I would say be it PDP or APC, there is no difference and no saint. The fact that the national assemble took it upon there self to scrutinize it well is a plus for the change agenda. I stand to say this is not different from the budgets of yam we have been passing since the arrival of democracy. The 6trl shouldn't be a point of subject but the efficiency of the lines included in it. And don't forget this civil servants in the budget office are responsible for the errors in the previous budgets with the help of each ministry. |
