The mind is a terrible thing to waste is a slogan The United Negro College Fund scholarship program has used a few times in their adverts and I totally agree with them. This scholarship program has helped thousands and thousands of youths to get a university education they never dreamt of having. If your mind is on point, well built then you can be anything you put your mind to do.
