dammyllare: Apologising to tboss tonight was totally uncalled for She did nothing wrong The other day after saying her mind to marvis, she still went to tboss for attitudinal corrections. She doesn't want to look bad to the world or something Forcing herself on bassey was irritating The one I hate most which is the first sign of any one with such weakness, mirror is always their number one friend. They take solace consoling themselves by what they see in the mirror An Apology doesn't necessarily mean that you are admiting, that you are at fault, she was apologising because she didn't mean to put her friend on the spot. There is also nothing wrong in seeking for your friend's opinion when you have issues with people,a lot of us have done it in our lives so I don't get the criticism. Most of you are just mad that she refused to join the TBoss hate bandwagon simple |

dammyllare: Have never seen intelligent men want a woman they can totally control That's suicidal It's boring If you are not a man then let me tell you as a man Never will I be involved in any woman who says yes all the time A woman who doesn't bash me sometimes and call me to order. A woman who doesn't know how to stand on her right when she is justified. Well maybe because I come from a state known as fountain of knowledge sha Dey dia we leave in a society where strong willed women are often advised to soften so that they will see man to marry,Whenever you want to stand up for yourself they quickly remind you that "you are a woman". Even though am not seeing the inferiority complex in her ,we live in a society where they believe that a woman " should be seen, not heard" ,am surprised people are even complaining about her alleged inferiority complex. |

It will be ill luck to have a child like debie Most children who behave this way tend to commit suicide easily These are children who has never stood for something all their lives Their parents did everything for them Every human is born with some pride Debie doesn't believe she has one During her diary session when biggie asked what she would want as superpower, believe me I said it out that she will ask to be able to read people's mind That's who she is, people's pleaser God himself can't please everyone Only hypocrites who don't want to appear in anyone's bad book behave like debie She need to understand everyone can't love her She need to start doing what makes her happy and not what make others happy all the time Advice to all parents is to raise their kids properly Let them have sense of responsibility right from childhood Let them know they need to care about their own happiness I reject a child like Debie IJN Are we talking about the same person that stood up against TTT when he was always picking on her? or the girl that turned EFe down the night he tried to seduce her in other to get votes?I don't even understand this Tboss ass licking you are talking about, like this Night she only tried to explain to her friend that she had no ill intentions and you guys are shouting inferiority complex up and down, and please nobody should come up with the Basset issue because we know that love can melt even the toughest hearts.Am not seeing this inferiority complex you guys are talking about. She only became friends with Tboss when the so called fantastic four turned on her and she is just trying not to loose the only friend she has in the house so how does that translate to inferiority complex? |

How is it surprising dat someone who unravelled on Tv before our eyes as an arrogant, mean-spirited, condescending individual who threw under d bus, many HMs including d one whom she professed love to has people who resent her?. I watched her seize young Miyonse's hands to squeeze her fake elderly boobs in d night only to nominate his ass 4 eviction in d morning. How difficult is it to resent such an individual?. BTW, Efe is no god, he has his faults. I hav many favourites but I'm voting him to win. First of all Miyonce has moved on maybe you should too, moreover the guy seems to hate Efe more than Tboss. secondly this is a game and the house mates will do everything to take their perceived threats out, forget that they are using TBoss's bad side as an excuse to hate on her ,for instance Bisola hates her because of TTT but she uses Tboss's bad side as an excuse. |

TBoss is now being manipulative by making Debbie look like the bad one for daring her to recite national anthem Efe hated Tboss from the beginning because of her light skin,TTT confirmed this in one of their conversations,he hates her because he is insecure and has low self esteem. |

[quote author=Chimumsy20 post=55244788]When I read dis post, I was sad.sad not because of the content but because of what's behind the content. How can someone claim racism in Nigeria. This epistle by tboss sister is a clear case of emotional blackmail. Half castes especially the female ones dat are always admired, sought after in the black community for frendship. However, because of their beauty they exhibit snobbish character and feel DAT dey are entitled to receive d best in everything. Then, when dey move to white countries, dey are shown a bitter taste of racism , they are meant to understand dat dey are not considered half white but pure black. Then with dat low self confidence, dey return back 2 the black community and be forming queen. 3T is an half caste but blended well.why? Because in the male world, beauty doesn't count but the money in your pocket unlike their female counterparts. Do Nigerians hate people of their colour? Absolutely NO. If they do, 3T wouldn't have been d favorite to win b4 his family details resurfaced. Rather, most Nigerians even adores white skin which have led to the massive bleaching of skin in the country. [/quote
I don't think it's right to dismiss someone's experience when you know nothing about their life while it is true that light skinned people generally have things easy it is also true that they face a lot of antagonism because of this.I remember when TTT talked about Efe's negative first impression of TBoss ,according to him Efe said something like "wetin this Onyibo dey do for hia" because he assumed that she had things easy that could even explain his hatred for her am sure he thinks Tboss's skin gives her an edge in the game.People are often quick to dismiss the struggles of fair people, everything you get in life is often attributed to your colour,a prime Example is Beyonce you see a lot of people claiming she made it in the industry because of her skin, but they fail to also acknowledged that she worked really hard to perfect her craft and she didn't get to the level she is at now by just only being fair skinned.Tboss is facing a similar challenge in the house you can not say that you are a fan of Tboss without people accusing you of liking her cos of her skin. |

1bkaye: He/she's talking about the fact that she nominated him at all, not that she was the sheer reason he was evicted. She said herself that she nominated him because he was a distraction, lool if that's the case then most housemates have been 'partly' responsible for another housemate nominating someone, fair enough. I can't even fault her for nominating Miyonse, it's a game, but if we're going to talk about 'manipulation' she nominated the guy and then was cuddling up to him barely 5 minutes after, a lot of the housemates have done this so it's not necessarily to single her out alone, rather let's not act obtuse and absolve her of responsibility and having a hand in his eviction no matter how 'marginal' it was lol.
I don't even know about her being a manipulator in general, but she can definitely be oversensitive (hypocritically so), plays the victim card and has shown a habit of not recognising her own faults, I do think she's one of the housemates that have become a target and there are some people (viewers included) who hate on the girl irrationally but for the most part people aren't just disliking her 'for no reason' (not necessarily what you're saying, but let some people and her at times tell it, everything is unwarranted and she does no wrong). I'm sure Bisola has manipulated someone at a point, she can definitely be loud, rude, aggressive and sometimes come across as a bully, I like Bisola personally but I can also see why someone else may not, none of them are saints, difference is actually acknowlegding your shortcomings because we all have them and not finding a way to shift blame away from yourself and onto everyone else most of the time. My point is that Bisola is the real manipulator in the house not Tboss.Bisola has a way of making people nominate whom ever she hates, she didn't have to lift a finger to nominate TTT because she had others do it for her.Now I never said Tboss was a saint but she is not a manipulator |

smokey3y3z: The way Bisola treated Debbie from the moment she had the convulsion act was annoying and I felt she was a bully at the time. However, If u watched closely, Miyonce and Tboss were also fighting over Gifty. She ended up nominating both of them out of jealousy.... or at least that was how I saw it. Debbie's own could have been the final straw. I know all these that's why I mentioned that Bisola and co were partly responsible for her actions. |

bamisho: Based on the fact that she went on to cuddle him after nominating him that's a each excuse . Her reason has always been that he was distracting her and none of that .
Yes the Miyonse actually preferred Gifty but Tboss bullied him and basically made him beg if he so much as talked to Gifty .
All the housemates couldn't stand Miyonse because he had allowed himself to be turned into her house boy same thing she's done to Debby There you go making assumptions like Tboss put a gun to Miyonse's head.Bisola and her crew have been manipulating nominations from day 1,I don't know why people turn a blind eye to that. Now you say they hated him cos of Tboss, then why did they try to turn Tboss against him and not the other way round? For some reasons best known to her Bisola loved picking on Miyonce from the beginning. As for Debby Rise Bisola and TTT hated her from day one, perhaps because of the way she came into the house, their hatred once again had nothing to do with Tboss. In fact Debbie was forced to move closer Tboss a lesser evil when compared to Bisola and co. |

Ask yourself why it's Gifty and Tboss most of them supported . Thankfully they can't text South Africa supported Karen even before Nigeria got on board, moreover the couldn't vote her since luclay was in the finals, did you expect them to abandon their own? As for Gifty and Tboss am sure that they have their reasons for supporting them, but it's not right to assume that their support is based on skin colour. |

Ekinematics: There is a reason it's called BBN. Made by Nigerians and for Nigerians. We don't care what people in other African countries feel. You have to be Nigerian in flesh and blood to understand the Nigerian way. Those people liking her ain't thinking the Nigerian way and that's why again its called Big Brother Naija.
I may not like Paul Biya of Cameroon, but most Cameroonians like him that's why he has been their president for donkey years. Do I fault their thinking? No because I'm not Cameroonian and only Cameroonians know better. How do you know that Cameroonians love Biya?the fact that he has ruled them for so long doesn't necessarily mean they love him. |

smokey3y3z: Loyalty is key for me too. Although when she did that, I was more irritated she acted on emotions and jealousy than for the fact she betrayed him. For crying out loud, the guy told u he was doing all that to entertain Africa. Yet u personalized him, isolated him from the rest, u were constantly checking who he was with, you talked down on him and you treated him like a boy toy (not like he didn't deserve it). When Miyonce left, the rest couldn't even miss him because it was like he had come to big brother house just to serve you. Bisola and co already hated Miyonse,it had nothing to do with Tboss, they were partly responsible for Tboss actions because they poisoned her mind against him when she returned from fake eviction.I don't know why people say Tboss is a manipulator, where as the real manipulator Bisola, goes unnoticed. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Naija 2017: Live Thread by Oraelena: 1:17am On Mar 29, 2017 |
bamisho: For me I went off Tboss when she nominated Miyonse . Up till then even when people were calling her sugar mummy blah blah I defended her . For me loyalty is keep . I was like this babe fit kill Mehn! Nominate the guy then go back to cuddling him .
And it was worse coa it was so early in the game and so many people for her to choose from . I just saw a cold hearted selfish person
It was the same Loyalty that endeared me to Bisola and Efe despite everything .
For me Loyalty is one of the biggest things in lofe she had her reasons for nominating Miyonce,it all started when there was a fake eviction and T boss returned to the house only for Bisola and co to be telling her that Miyonce gave her space to Debby Rise without batting an eyelid ,they gave her the impression that he didn't even miss her.The fact that he was also seemed to have a thing for Gify didn't help matters.Right from time Bisola and co hated Miyonce and did everything possible,( including poisoning Tboss mind)to get him evicted. |

Vorpal: Everyone handles things differently. She could as well just told him off politely. I reckon Msdelilah had similar case with her boss but it was her phone I think, her boss invaded into. Which very well qualifies as invasion of privacy and she handled that case sternly in order for it not to repeat itself.
But answer me this, in her telling him off and the man doing his worst by frustrating her on the job and all that or keep smiling and he has his way with her. Which of the two scenario will really make life miserable for her in the long run? My dear there is nothing worse than an abuser in the position of Authority a lot of women and even men are going through hell all in an effort to make ends meet,it doesn't matter whether you shout or not the abuser will never stop until he has his way ,so the only option might be to quit and this might not be practical given the economic situation. It takes the grace of God to overcome such.
Madam be honest, how can a simple kiss and hug lead a man to think you want to have sex with him? I don't think those really qualify for intiating sex though. At least,in my opinion but yeah consent should be sought. Dey dia, some men consider kissing and hugging as an invitation to have sex. so basically the BBN visitors tried to cover all angles for the avoidance of any doubt. also ,Am glad we can agree that consent is a beautiful thing,it won't cost anything to make sure that a woman is comfortable during sex cos for most women it's more than just sex. That's why am not understanding why some men are treating this issue as a battle of the Genders when in reality it's just about protecting the vulnerable(women) and trying to change the mindset of society when it comes to issues of molestation. |

Vorpal: That was me thinking out loud,as you can see, they are question marks at the end of those statements.
I hope for one day women can explain certain things about them objectively without necessarily being emotional. And not the usual "you are a man, dont know what it feels to be a woman". but you can never know what it feels like to be a woman and that's not me being emotional, you don't know what it feels like to be in a disadvantaged position, I'll give you an example while I was at work my boss touched a Corp member in appropriately and she was smiling but I could see she was upset about it,she later told me that she was just looking for an opportunity to get out of that man's grip ,mind you this man is her boss and could make life uncomfortable for her at work..Sexual harassment takes different forms hence why those BBN visitors tried to cover all bases. on the issue of initiating a move,a woman can hug a guy or even kiss him,it doesn't mean she wants sex, that's why most gentle men ask before going further, and if she says no they leave her alone.I don't know how else to explain this to you. |

If i were a woman i will find that really condescending. Like am i so feeble minded i dont know what i want or speak for what i want or dont want?

Sometimes forget about the game and be sensible. We all have out favourites but the issue at hand is beyond the game, its a major problem women face in our country today...BBN will end in few weeks time and one person will win, but we should not compromise our stand on sexual harrassment as a Nation because of any candidate. Vivipop: That fast? Very well then, if you say so. I have seen one or two victims who are suffering from post traumatic stress(Sexual assualt) due to negligence on their own part. They act fine and okay but the never appreciated the gruesomeness of the ordeal. I am most concerned for her health, she needs her family and and a psychologist.
If she insists she is fine, then it's all good, it will be very unfair to bring this up again in the course of this competition whether to get sympathy or not. Bigbrother should also recognise that they have somehow influenced the outcome of this game by leaving the victim in that house. Kemen's horrible episode together with the workshop that was done mostly for the purpose of that act, and her continuous presence in the house could make her win or loose out completely in the game, either way, the outcome will be largely induced by the this,...hence flawed How is it flawed ?at the end of the day viewers vote for whom the connect with,is it her fault that something like that happened to her while in the house? were you complaining when Efe was getting votes because of his perceived poverty? whether or not she leaves the house is entirely up to her not you with your fake show of concern for her. |
