I think State Policing is a welcome idea, my only problem is the level of impunity these Governors will perpetrate over controlling state Police. They've already done damages to the economy by making their states unproductive. Just imagine a state like Kogi with second highest deposit of mineral resources, borrowing over N20b from CBN to pay salaries, who go pay state police officers?
