Because there was no social media when Tinubu was governor, Tinubu created and and heavily funded private media houses using public money to whitewash his administration. Since there were no alternative media to counter him, the propagandas and lies stays for a very long time.
Now he is president, everyone is now witnessing his administration failures, and since there is no media monopoly again to push another fake narrative (ofcos they have tried but it didn't stick).
So dey return to the old lies and propaganda of him building Lagos since at least that one sticked for a long time.
Their biggest mistake will be running to Tinubu time as governor, now the real truth will be revealed and to God who made me, we are ready

The fact is that u can't built something on nothing, Go and fact check how Oshodi and Many under bridge were cleared. This was the reason Tinubu government seems not popular then. Planing of Oshodi, payment for BRT buses, free trade zone, Dangote refinery, Atlantic Ocean surge resolution, etc were done by Tinubu administration but implementation under Fashola. Go and fact check. Fashola was Tinubu chief of staff then which was seen with Tinubu in all these locations.

Oshodi issue took more than 2 years, with marketers refusal to move, we all present then, Tinubu mother and court cases were the reason for the delay in implementation.
Fashola said he can't succeed in many programme implemented if not for Asiwaju direction.

Building of Lagos is not 8 years but Tinubu designing and implementing A blueprint till today via installation of governors, people that were part of his cabinet.

Have u see anyone after Tinubu who was not with his cabinet? That's what is called building a progressive state.
Even ambode that tried to deviate from the blue print was not supported.

After 8 years with a good successors plan, Tinubu will build Nigeria of our dreams.

Tinubu was never for once discussed among the best governors 1999 to 2007.
The names we hear then were, Peter Odili of rivers, Donald duke of cross rivers, I never for once heard any governor name Tinubu been discussed as the best governor. What Tinubu did was to heavily invest in the media towards the end of his tenure to whitewash his administration and because there where no alternative media to counter him like we have social media today, he was able to use the traditional media to create and control this narrative of him building Lagos.

Now back to LAWMA, Tinubu did not create LAWMA.
LAWMA started in 1977, then it was called Lagos state refused disposal board (LSRDB).
In the 1980s, it was renamed to Lagos state waste disposal board (LSWDB)
Then in 1991, it officially became LAWMA under the then military governor bigadier general Rasaki.

So how did Tinubu create LAWMA?
Was Tinubu governor in 1977?
Was he governor in 1991 when the name LAWMA was officially Used?

I clearly wrote, the first teaching hospital built by a governor was built by ogbemudia in 1969 UBTH.
