If you want to customize your device more, RN8. Benefit, FHD+ display, cons can't think of one TBH. The 720p screen is what kept me away from Mi A3. I just went for a 2-year-old pixel 2xl that time. Would've loved to have that device last year due to its AMOLED screen. |

Flashing GSIs on the pixel is possible and has been done a lot of times, but the risks are far greater cos of the pixel's weird partition layout. Edit: pix of a pixel 2xl running MIUI 12 Q

They might all be bad but some are much worse than others. lmao, yes it does, but when they are doing woefully just as their brothers up north, are they worth fighting for? What's the use of having him there if he can't do anything up there other than service his pocket? I should be fighting for him to be there for his pocket? Most people on this platform sound ridiculous. Most of you crying here actually picked Atiku over Buhari. I mean picking one of 2 devils when there are younger and more vibrant candidates to choose from. I told you not to quote me again if you couldn't answer my question. But you tactically avoided the question by bringing your goal post shifting up again. Don't quote me again, pls. |
Politics › Re: FG Sacks Usman Gur Mohamme As Managing Director Of TCN by ORIJIN201(m): 5:56am On May 20, 2020 |
Difrent: Without "quota" the southerners will be riding everyone roughshod, remember there are hundreds of Christian tribes in the north who got exposed to education by missionaries who also deserve a fair share of their country but people like you lump them all together as "illiterates" fit for no appointment. Beside the era of north being mostly illiterates is GONE. they have tons of highly qualified educated people now and they are filling those "quota" which belong to them but previously being held illegally by southerners on the pretext of them not being qualified to hold those positions....government is divided into three and it will be a disservice if only southerners dominate the three arms I have never seen a more concocted lie in my life. Now you've shifted the goalpost to religion. Have you taken a look at cut off marks in common entrance exams and federal school exams (unity schools included)? Quota system over merit is killing the country Mr. Man. If we have merit over, "he is from a educationally less developed state," we will progress. As a business owner, do you appoint your workers through quota system or merit? Answer this question in truthfulness or don't quote me again. |

brightdestiny96: You are not making sense. The constitution guarantees that what Buhari has done is not correct. Federal character is supposed to reign supreme. That is what we should have concerned ourselves with, if this were really a constitutional democracy. However, today we have a mix of determined Islamists and cowards. YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW. Lol, shut up and go to bed. Wake up later when the sun is done rising from the east and read again. Those useless federal characters you are shouting are all thieves like the northern appointees. The ones from the south that are there, what have they done for Nigerians? Fight for good governance, get good governance, and all these problems of nepotism and the likes goes away. |

Difrent: This is where you like many southerners (especially those opposed to this government) always get it wrong.... The issue are 1. Most southerners still hold the notion that northerners are mostly illiterates and not good for any appointments 2. Most southerners believe north to be one tribe (hausa'fulani hence see every northerner as one irrespective of there being three regions up north with hundreds of tribes and lots of Christians and animists 3. Most of the appointment of this government goes to the north/south west being the major blocks that form the APC ruling party that's why theres always murmurings whenever appointments are made because few appointments come from the east / south south and rightly so because they are and will never be part of this government
I dare you to do a detailed analysis of heads of government agencies and parastatals (over 600 of them ) and you will realize you have been unjustly accusing this government of nepotism... Southerners head far more agencies than northerners
Besides what exactly is wrong if northerners are more in the security services are the southerners not dominant in health, education, commerce, industry, law, science and technology etc..... It's only greed that will make some southerners want EVERYTHING to come to the south and hypocrisy of the highest order You made a claim in your first paragraph and went ahead to shoot your self on the foot in the last paragraph. Quota system is the root of all the nonsense in this country. If there is no quota system, trust me, 95% of the north will know nothing like education. When they climb up the ladder through quota system and get into position in govt offices, you'll realise they aren't fit for those offices because they never merited their rise to power. That is why southerners dominated those sectors you mentioned in your last paragraph. You can't give what you don't have. And... you are wrong, the executive is filled with the North, while those who make sure things run using their brains, are filled by the south. More like, monkey day work, baboon day chop! I barely comment in the politics section, because these threads are usually filled with rats paid in crumbs or aggrieved oppositions who wished they are at the epicentre where corruption takes place. So, its sometimes useless to say anything here. |

Urchman200: speak 4 yourself, some people are positive about the development of this nation ,not about tribe or ethnic affiliation, I have been supporting change for better, supported Buhari not because of political benefits for betterment of this nation, but now I have seen he was never what this nation need as leader, so i have every right to criticise him,to win people's hearts as a leader is not difficult, just do the right thing and u see majority been on ur side, a bigot like Buhari have no business being In position of leadership seriously. In 2015, I also supported the mad man because PDP and GEJ's govt were a disaster; everybody in his govt were stealing from every angle. I didn't know this useless govt will be worse in every way. At least, GEJ appointed a few that knew what they were doing. I'm just tired of everything Nigeria stands for, and I feel Nepotism is the product of a bad character in leadership, and no amount of wailing can fix that unless Nigerians make the right choice at the polls. I've given up on Nigeria. Nigerians don't want to be helped. They, the slaves, love their masters. Leave if/when you have the opportunity. |

yanabasee1: So, has your life been bettered with the northerners leading you?
Oga.... this is Nigeria with different tribes and ethnicity and a population of over 200million people... You can't just be appointing people from a specific region to chair and you feel you don't trust people from other region by totally sidelining them....
It's very wrong.... Because, development will be one-sided and employment as well will be one-sided....
it's virtually clear that of all the agencies and ministries in Nigeria.... The northerners are leading in almost all of it....about 95% and you feel it is right?
If you support this, then let us break this country so we can lead ourselves separately.... I do not support it. If you elect the right people you'll not have this problem of nepotism. Nigerians made the wrong decision at the polls TWICE!!! So why are y'all shouting? And I said what I said, Southern appointees are blockheads just like those from the north. Deep down your gut, that is not what you want as a Nigerian. I know you Nigerians well. Hypocrites. Equity and fairness to your bias? Has it not happened a lot when a southern politician is trialed and we call it a tribal witch-hunt and neglect the fact that the person committed a crime? Racoon: A northerner sacked, another northerner appointed in acting capacity.Government of the north continues. Just shut up and give it a rest already. Not that those appointees from the south have bettered your life in anyway. Southern leaders aren't any better. They are all bunch of blockheads. Instead, you should demand for good leaders but rather, you are more concerned where the leader is coming from. I'm not taking away the fact that this useless govt has divided this country with nepotism, but ask yourself as a southerner what these southern appointments have done for you or your immediate surrounding. North and southern leaders are all the same thieving good for nothing blockheads who have nothing to offer you average Nigerians that should rather be fighting for good governance rather than worrying about where those who govern come from. When you elect the right persons, they make the right decisions including nepotism free appointments like you all wanted. Edit:It seems a lot of people have been mistaking me for a northerner. No, I'm not. I'm from the south south, born and bred in Lagos. I've met and made friends with many ethnic groups (including the major ones) and met a few African nationals here in Lagos. So my views are objective. |
