According to a friend, no guarantor's form was requested, they only took their measurements, photocopies of their documents, perused the originals and asked each of them to walk like soldier for few minutes.

Finally! I can chat here again. ICPC goes for 6 weeks physical training at NSCDC training centre after which the senior cadre candidates go for another 6 weeks training at ICPC training centre where they learn about the commission etc.

What about their salary and packages?
