You can get away with paying dirt cheap transport fare but it could also turn to the worst nightmare with dem robbery or kidnapping shyte.

It's usually small packages or inconsequential items that are usually sent thru though Yanwen or Cainiao portals. For phones anything less than DHL, FedEx or AESS na scam o.

The post office people or customs will be tempted to steal such.

Maybe it's Yanwen or Cainiao or CHINA post Small Packet. They are trackable only when it is within the country of origin - China, but the moment is gets out of there, it's OYO.



It's not whether it is "Free shipping" or not that determines if it will be trackable or not. It's for the reasons given above. You can have a 120 USD or even 450 USD item with logistics as free shipping on AESS, CPRAM, CPSP, SingPost, DHL, EMS or even FedEx. They will all be trackable.

I sent nipost email with my tracking number and they replied saying my order is not priority mail and it cannot be tracked... Who else as been through this?

I think the major problem for despatched to overseas is not from aliexpress. Mine has been in despatched since August 8. So I decided to call nipost number that I found online yesterday evening. The guy that picked asked for my tracking number and told me go to the post office today. My package is already there, and I got it this morning. And it's still in despatched
