The message is clear. Yes, her application will be affected as clearly stated on the note that her application stands at being refused.

They need correspondence (messages or chats) from two years back to determine the authenticity of the relationship. So your friend should better hurry and provide those chats of two years ago.. and hopefully, those chats should have time stamps as well as be of romantic nature as per people in a relationship

If you ask me, your friend made the fatal mistake of including her boyfriend in her application.

Please note that his application was added to hers so any information needed is quoted using her reference number

A friend is changing from tier tier 4 to tier 2
Her fiancée was also on tier 2 and she added him as a dependent (unmarried partner)

They have not lived together for two years but stayed in the same apartment but different rooms in the Uk

She provided WhatsApp chat,pictures,Joint account,the former tenancy agreement of where they lived before and the current tenancy agreement of where they are living together now

Recently home office asked for additional evidence that the one she provided is not sufficient enough

Please she is yet to get a decision on her skilled worker route

Will this affect her own approval

I applied for skilled worker visa and I included my unmarried partner as dependant .Today I just received an email from the UKVI that the evidence we provided for proof of relationship is not sufficient enough and it stands to be refused.

Please I want to know if this will affect my own application as a skilled worker and the positive decision to be made.

Please what does it mean that application was resolved and a date was stated?

good afternoon house, please how long does it take for VAC to receive an application and then send collection mail? My application shows moved to VAC since very early this morning and till now, it hasn't been received by VAC neither have I received collection mail. Another question is, if the main applicant get visa does it mean the dependents (children alone) would get too? did priority for myself as main applicant and did standard for my kids. I am asking so as to buy tickets once my visa is out while I wait for theirs.

Guys I was sent this today...how can I tackle the 3rd part as there is no way I can pay the full tuition and accommodation when I am not guaranteed an approval.
Also, my salary account is always empty as the statement is being asked for.
