Its getting more confusing each minute, I'm literally lost

What I can categorically tell you guys is that the list is supposed to be posted this week and everyone was really expecting to see it today in papers and online but I'll be a liar if I tell you that I know what delayed it. List is done and fully dusted. It's now left to those at the top to speed up action and release it since unfortunately they don't feel the same anxiety applicants are feeling right now.

well, there are still 4 more working days in this week. So let's see what happens as the week progresses

For the conpass 8 it was easy except for current affaird.don't bother looking t that past question because not even one came out.everything was new.the overall time was 50mins.english was 20questions all comprehension and it was easy.you have 25mins for that.
Maths was 10question for 10mins and it was easy but not the normal maths just charts and tables and then mostly ratio.you need to be fast.current affairs was crazy I only knew 3 out of 10 and it was 5mins.question like who did google or so and also who won 100m and 200m race.can't really remember the rest and the last is logical reasoning for 10mins and its very cheap too.

Conpass 6 and 3 questions were different and theirs was 30minutes.
Prepare in case they change the questions oh but forget pass questions cos not even one came out

This thread has moved to 2nd page oo. A question I have for the house is dat; what will happen to those applicants that applied with B.sc/HND for level 6 & 7 positions meant for OND/ND/NCE instead of level 8.

I read what someone posted on this thread about FAAN upgrading him to a level8 position cos he has a B.sc but he applied for a Level6 position. I don't know how true it is but I definitely read it a while ago. And I hope this ur question isn't just to shift this thread back to the front page.......LOL!!!!

Oga ur wrong. Before I was confirmed in diamond. I was earning 243. Now I'm a confirmed ET. I earn 101k monthly and 338k quartely upfront.

judging by what u said and what a guy put up this thread as the salary scale of a BA at FBN, I think as an ET at diamond u earn better than even a BA at first bank or don't u think so?

Don't argue about what you know nothing about. Salaries before confirmation is higher. This is because you are still on probation. All your money will be paid. After confirmation, you will be receiving upfront, Passage/Leave allowance for a year. This will then reduce your monthly take home.
So, the analysis is very correct.

Net before confirmation- 168k
after confirmation- 132k
Upfront- 350k
Leave allowance- 350-400k
PFP (performance bonus- Ops: 300k, Sales: 600k

And I don't think ur salary figures are accurate, I think FBN pays higher than that for a BA level, Then I guess upfront is higher than that also. All the same what's ur source? Cos obviously with that analysis of urs Gtb, Zenith and I guess diamond bank staffs earn higher than first bank.

not at all, it won't affect our employment. If the process won't be concluded b4 the said date, the director wud just add it to his report. It won't change anything.

I seriously doubt he'll be able to remove and add names cos with everything that has been said so far, all states and screening zones have sent names to headquarters, if this is true how does he intend to remove and add names. Really don't know though, just thinking out loud.

Its very normal for everyone to get agitated and anxious, it shows we're humans. But I strongly advice we all be patient. Nothing we do is gonna speed things up. Apl will get to us(that was the essence of the recruitment exercise) in due course.
