get a master degree to back it up, you are more smarter than some persons that cram to get a 2.1 or first class, certificate is just a proof you went to school what really matters is how productive you are going to be.. i once read a post about a 3rd class degree holder here on nairaland that turns down job offers because he is very productive and relies on God, though i finished with a sound 2.1 i was motivated, you should too

yea its very much possible.... your 3.71 cgpa in your first year is good you entered your 3rd year with a 3.44 that means this your 200l cgpa. you should maintain a cgpa of 4.0 and above in your third and fourth year. dont loose hope set a target for yourself...

i myself had a poor performance in 1st year it continued with a slight improvement in 2nd year because i was poor in MCQs.. my cgpa was a 3.48, in my third year i did better with a cgpa of 4.06 my final year was the better with a 4.38.. i have my 2.1 i thank God with determination and God anything is possible.

I like your Choice of words. However I disagree that Nigeria politician only can be use as benchmark for success. Different people have different goals in life, achieving such goals defines success within each individual context. Everyone goal is not to be politician. I partly agree no lady marries degree but you can't doubt the potentials of degrees (good ones), the fact that some politician and others do purchase these degrees speaks volume

I noticed the recent trend of Female best graduating student in most Nigeria Universities, what is happening to my guys? Does it mean these ladies have successfully established in young minds of male folks it's about money while studying more than ever?

maybe we now realised that being the best graduating student and not having money is illiteracy... Most of our top politicians are third class degree holders... Besides no girl marries degree this days

people become ambitious after eating a small piece of cake now they would want to eat a full slice...

really, if you don't read you won't KNOW, if you don't know then you don't have any ledge, if you don't KNOW anything then you dont have the ledge to pass any examination..
