I got same strange call one afternoon about a month ago, from a guy speaking yoruba, immediately i told him i don't speak yoruba, he reverted to english language,

I found water bubbles in my transmission dipstick during my routine check and I had the cooler replaced as it was mounted on the transmission.

I also drained the transmission fluid and put new honda dw1 oil. Despite this I still see bubbles in my dipstick

Note: don't use ATF for power steering fluid.
Coolant i don't use water.. Honda anti freeze type 2

Conclusion go for DC.. ''Full option'' that's what i am driving.

It is possible you bought a contaminated radiator. One that was previously used in a car with a bad head gasket that had oil in it. So many variables.

i don't think there is anyone who can run a vacuum test in Benin. Secondly I have been inspecting my engine and transmission oil, no sign of contamination yet.

I bought a used radiator and I always do routine check in the morning only to notice some days ago that oil was in my radiator
