Fat lie! In 2018, Major General Sarham was posted as GOC to 6th Division, Port Harcourt. He spent just a year and was quickly drafted to head NDA in 2019 .
Their are some documents that I can't post here, when he step into the academy he review all the rules and regulations. He said mess is not a right is a privilege meaning you can be serving job when it's time for mess, he also said no light out meaning you can serve job till the next day. He said where will cadets sit if not on their head he brought back sitting on your head. Many other things bro, first project he did was to expand the academy cementry, how many cadets has he dismissed in just a year??
Baba go dey review dozier for army terma 5, he said he will do same for terma 5 airforce and navy cadets he had to call them back from airforce base kaduna and onne for dozier review and POP.
Note: Dozier review means he's going to check all your sins from terma 1 till date. How many AWOL, how many fire alarm did you miss etc.
Baba just lockup
I was discussing with a terma 3 cadet he said most cadets reported the man to their fathers some of them are his seniors and they call him and ask him to calm down with all this treatment to cadets he replied them that they should allow him do his job

So Sarham Dey vex say still on still even as SSC course 46 suffer and train, he still Dey vex say they didn’t impress him... he said and I quote” course 47 will do my biding... I’ll be ready for them.. let them come. I’ll allow you go but they must impress me”
He told 46 that if he had his way, they would relegate all of them Andrae give them an additional year.. but he will allow them pass out..
but for the next course that’ll come.. he must see his own image inside them.. he was referring to course 47 and the new RC course that’ll resume..
I confirmed and course 44 that was the highest trained up till now didn’t even go through 75% of what SSC 46 went through.. and commandant still never wan agree.. he said they need to train more lol. Despite no break ooo.. training is 24/7.. no breaks.. 47 might not get Easter break too.
Baba no fear we go over impress the Commandant, What won't kill you will almost take your life.
Everyone just keep the morale high

lol they will japa after resumption..that one is sure.. the commandant said a lot of things about course 47 that’s resuming.. lemme just lock up before they say I want to discourage people.. but you people already bought it
Just pray that something miraculous will happen and they carry sarham away..
The truth of the matter is they can't post Sarham now, he must spend at least 2 years before they post him.
SSC 47 will train like bat and will suffer like a market thief. But just know training will make us to be rugged in the job.

AirmanB:
Nope, I disagree with you. The Army cares alot about them. Take for instance, promotion aspect. To be promoted from 2nd Lt to Lt takes 5 years straight (HTACOS, 2017 revised). But RCs spends 5 years and 6 months to attend dat rank (your year of service commences immediately after resumption for cadet training).

But SSC in d oda hand spend 3 years to get to dat rank ( 10 months of training plus 18 months of post POP period = 28 months, which in actual sense is 2 years and 4 months).

The Army gives SSC additional 2 years "ante period" of as a "gift" for promotion.

Dem no fit come dey pamper u after all dis na
Bro you don't know what you're saying no offence bro. What about the years SSC cadets spent in tertiary institution?? Majority of SSC will retire after 15years of service. All regulars have opportunity to make it to General cadre except if they fail promotion exams
How many SSC becomes General??

Brace up potential cadets. Shortlist is being uploaded as I type this. We may have access to it by tomorrow or next.
Meanwhile, just a word of encouragement, the Nigeria army, just like every other armed force is interested in passionate people more than "lucky people". Therefore if paraventure your name was intentionally omitted from the list, don't be discouraged, rather take the bold step of attending the screening if you can. My boss told me last night that more than 10% of the serving personnel in SSC weren't shortlisted during their times but because more than 5% of shortlisted candidates each year never showed up for screening that candidates that came uninvited are sometimes screened and in some cases they are selected. So if you don't see your name when we start checking and you have the resources to attend the screening, please do. Ones more, I wish all of success.
Source bro?

Recruit. Rating... Oscar.
Army. Navy. Airforce
How will you say Army soldiers are recruit, Recruit is used for those new intakes that wants to join Army or Airforce, while rating is used for naval intake just like cadets are used for aspiring officers. Do your findings on Oscar bro

Wow! That is quite a number!

Regarding your question; this Army thing just be like cult... grin...you get initiated once your feet touches down NDA. You just see yourself continuously applying until age either catches up with you or you leave this country... cheesy. I am now past the age for SSC, so i enrolled for DSSC this time around. It took a lot of self-motivation and encouragement from folks like Ugo4u and some of the course 44 guys i have been in touch with, considering the ugly incident that befell me in Course 45. No blessings from godfathers this time (dem still dey vex for me based on course 45), but i have God the Father with me. I pray it works out.

Looking forward to meeting the Nairaland Battalion in Ibadan, if God wills.

Thanks for checking up, bro. Much appreciated.
You'll get in by God's grace, that ugly incident of SSC really touched me, you know we were in same block then Abia, Abuja, Rivers and Oyo.
Victory is from God only

Lol you see those termal 5, those ones no get your time, they're your seniors for life . Moreover they are barely around, you'll rarely see them and even when they come around , they don't even have your time at all. They are the biggest boys in NDA.

Termal 4, those ones feel to bossy to touch you. Most of them no get your time too so they'll leave their minions and foot soldiers in the naMOme of termal 3 to do the dirty work for them.

Termal 3 na every SSC cadet worse nightmare be this. The sight of a termal 3 cadet is the beginning of wisdom. You go buy job tire. They will make life tire you. Most people that run away from training , na usually these termal 3 dey cause am. Small boy wey never start to grow hair for prick go dey treat your fvck up big time.

Termal 2. Those ones still dey naive, Dem no dey tresspass.

Termal 1. Theses ones are clowns. They never see life yet moreover dem never get the liver to do anything.
Terma are the job givers ooo
Na them dey issue ssc cadets job pass, fear those boys oo
