It’s not only when she’s been ‘wronged’, defend your favourite but still call a spade a spade. I’ve even acknowledged that she was hated before coming into the house and a lot of the spite is undeserved but she’s still has her unwarranted nasty moments.

For example, what of the time housemates were trying to regulate kitchen/food use and she arrogantly told them she was going to use items she did not contribute to and there was nothing anyone could do about it?
