One of the major problems of the Eastern region was the "sit at home" menace which crippled business activities in the entire Eastern region; several lives have been lost in the process of enforcing this as the enforcers have always been very cruel and wicked, killing anyone who refuses to obey the order.

Disturbed by the cruelty of the enforcers and how many lives that have been lost through this act, the prophetic Hall of Fame, prophet Godwin Ikuru of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, Lagos,made a public declaration that "sit at home" was going to be over in the East.

People didn't believe it when he said it, everyone believed that only the release of Nnamdi Kanu was going to end "sit at home" in the East.prophet Ikuru said that it would stop even while Kanu is still in detention.

Today,"sit at home" has ended in the East, people now go about their normal businesses on Monday.Today, the dreaded "sit at home" enforcers are nowhere to be found, you can do anything or carry out any business activity of your choice on monday because God has honoured the word of his prophet.

Prophet Godwin Ikuru is one of the best prophets in Nigeria,he remains a major part of the ruling party in Nigeria.He is the major prophet that brought the president to power .

Moruf Oseni’s Wema Bank Incurs Over N9 Billion In Court Cases

TRIXX NG reports that Moruf Oseni’s led Wema Bank PLC has incurred over N9 Billion in court cases as at December 2023.

This was revealed in the bank’s full year 2023 financial statement which was released recently.

TRIXX NG observed that the previous year’s litigation claims was a little above N8 Billion, indicating that the bank had more legal issues to deal with in 2023.

Meanwhile as at September 2023, the litigations were pegged at N8.067 Billion but within three months, there was an exponential increase in legal damages.

Although litigations are unavoidable in businesses but a continued increase could be dangerous for businesses due to its financial burden.

This also has a lot to do with Wema Bank’s reputation as an increase in litigations could damage the Bank’s reputation which could in turn lead to loss of customers or partners

Today is the day of celebration for the Muslims,Eid al Fitr, the prophetic hall of fame,prophet Godwin Ikuru of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry and a member of the APC presidential council has called for the reduction of the prices of goods and services across the country.

Speaking to newsmen today in Ikeja,the prophet emphasised on the need to reduce the prices of goods and services,he pointed out that those indiscriminate price increments were done in order to frustrate the government of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.He said "things are very expensive in the country, Nigerians are suffering, that's why the president didn't celebrate his birthday on the 29th of March because he is not happy, because the president removed subsidy in order to save the nation from doom,oil marketers conspired and increased the price of fuel,fuel should be #250,a bag of rice should be 9000,a bag of cement should be 3000, flight should be 40k,not 250k that airlines are currently charging ".

He pointed out that the president is not the cause of our problems in Nigeria,he reiterated that those who wants to frustrate the reign of the president are behind what we are going through,he said "take a look at house rent, it's very exorbitant how many Nigerians can afford to pay 2 million to live in a comfortable environment,in some areas, it's around 15 million, school fees are very expensive, around 250k a term,how does someone that has five children survive,if your wife takes 50k to the market,she comes back with almost nothing because things are expensive,things have to change" .

How soldiers and street urchins invaded and destroyed church building,carted away church properties-RESIDENT PASTOR



It was a horror show on the no. 13 Forlonsho Street mechanic bus stop Ogba Lagos, Ajayi road when some group of Touts and soldiers invaded a Church named his presence Redemption Ministries International chasing members of the church away, destroying and looting some of their properties.

The resident pastor said he was called on the phone when the invasion was taking place as he was not on the Church premises at that very moment. He said that though their security was stationed there at their Church, but couldn’t do anything because of their numbers.

“It happened last week Thursday around 10 am. I was called by the pastor of the church that soldiers and Touts invaded the church premises.


“I tried to relate to them when they called me and it got to a time when I couldn’t talk to a person again because I couldn’t hear anything over the phone and I didn’t know what happened.


“The Touts were many when they invaded the church and they met people having their meetings though we have our security stationed at our premises.

“The meetings were going on when they invaded our church and started beating our members up, bringing the church wall down, climbing, and destroying the roof. Because of the number of their numbers, our members started running away. Ever since they chased everyone away, they locked our gate”.

He further said that they stopped Church members from capturing what’s going down with their cell phones while looting church property.

“This incident happened for almost 6 hours. We later discovered that they started stealing church property and they even stopped our member from videoing what went down that very day by grabbing and smashing their phones and at the same time trying to delete what might have captured them like their faces.

“We found out that they were protecting their faces so we didn’t know who they were or where they came from”.


Speaking further, he said that they don’t really have serious issues with anyone except the one they have with Landlord which is still in court.

“We didn’t have any issue, it’s a church where we held our services every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. The issue we have is the landlord which was the court, that is what we have and it’s still in court”.

He further pleaded to the government to come to their rescue and help them solve the problem because their members are now afraid to come to Church.


“I want the government to come to our rescue because if we’re not safe we cannot be in service and while service is going on, things like this is happening.

“Ever since that day, the church members have not been coming because they’re afraid of what might happen. Even as I speak right now, we don’t have access to our properties because the day they came, they chased everyone away. As I speak now, we also don’t have access to the compound”.


some of the Church members who were around on that very day narrated how they were chased away from the Church premises. A member names Blessing Pedro said they were surprised when their Churxh was overran by their unexpected visitors.

“It happened on Thursday morning by 10 am we were having a meeting at that church, a all of a sudden, we had a group of people, they came in their numbers. Everybody was like what is going on because we weren’t expecting such movement as of that time, so we stood and they were shouting at people and everyone was running around looking”.

The Nigerian Army University, Biyu (NAUB) held its first convocation for 417 graduates of the institution on Saturday, October 28th, 2023. The ceremony was held at the University's Main Campus in the Biu Local Government Area of Borno State.



According to the Vice Chancellor of the higher institution, Professor Kyari Mohammed, Buratai who was the first pro-chancellor of NAUB, deserved the conferment of Honoris Causa in recognition of his distinguished, meritorious, and dedicated service to the country and humanity.





Also, the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, who is equally the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council of the University felicitated with the newly turbanned Betara of Biu, Lt. Gen Tukur Yusuf Buratai for his outstanding leadership qualities. It would be recalled that the idea for the establishment of the institution was conceived by the then Chief Of Army Staff (COAS) Lt. General Buratai due to the growing need for manpower development and specialized training to cater to the technological needs of the Army in particular, the military ad the nation in general.









In his acceptance speech, Buratai lauded the institution as an epitome of academic excellence and commended its high standards of discipline.





He also urged the graduating students to invest their time and energy in making the right decisions.
He revealed that the story and history of this great institution are one of the right decisions that should be well studied by those involved in tertiary education globally.









Some of the notable dignitaries who attested to the worthiness of Buratai as deserving of the Honoris Causa were the deputy governor of Borno State, Umar Usman Kadafur, Governors of Naasarawa and Enugu who were well represented,

The epoch-making event took place at the Emir of Biu’s Palace, Alhaji (Dr.) Mustafa Umar Mustafa II, CON. By this appointment, Lt Gen TY Buratai (rtd), will be among the Kingmakers of the emirate as the title is the third in the hierarchy of traditional title holders of Biu Emirate.

His ethical and professional display throughout his reign as the Chief of Army Staff earned him an Ambassadorial position where he fostered a cordial relationship between the Republic of Benin and Nigeria.



Buratai has a sterling reputation as a military officer and his dedication and role in the fight against terrorism and insurgency are well-documented in the history of Nigeria. Under his watch, Nigeria conducted a successful 2019 general election with voters in the northeastern part of the country fully participating in the exercise. He decimated, degraded and technically defeated Boko Haram and Islamic State’s West Africa Province (ISWAP) in Nigeria and made the northeast a safe zone for the residents.





Ambassador TY Buratai, as he is fondly called, is an accomplished Nigerian. His track records as the Chief of Army Staff and Ambassador have earned him numerous awards and recognition in Nigeria and beyond. The latest of such recognition is his Turbanning Ceremony today as BETARA of Biu Emirate by His Royal Highness, The Emir of Biu Alhaji Dr Mustafa Umar Mustafa II, CON. He would also be conferred with a Degree of Doctor of Letters (DLitt) Honoris Causa by the Nigerian Army University Biu on Saturday, October 28th, 2023.

Popular controversial musician, Portable has accused Sam Larry and his managers of stealing the money he made from shows in Dubai, Kenya and United Kingdom.

The musician made this revelation in a lengthy video where he spoke about how he was part of those that changed Sam Larry status from a bouncer to show promoter.

Portable explained that he advised the embattled Sam Larry to become a show promoter and due to that, he followed him to the countries aforementioned but was surprised to discover he wasn’t the one that organized the show but one ‘Billique’ whom he described as an international promoter.

According to Portable, He returned to those countries to Nigeria empty handed because the money given to him and sprayed on him was changed to Naira immediately and disappeared into the pockets of Sam Larry, in connivance with his manager which he has sacked now.

He revealed that those who wanted to come visit him couldn’t come because they were scared Sam Larry would steal from them.

The counsel to the All Progressive Congress and Governor Uba Sani in the controversial election tribunal ruling has clarified that the election tribunal dismissed the petition of the PDP.

He made it known that as at this morning, the PDP couldn’t prove the claims included in its petition and due to that, the petitions were dismissed.

Since the court gave its ruling earlier today, there has been controversy regarding the correct judgment as conflicting reports surfaced on various media platforms. Supporters of PDP rented the internet and claimed that the tribunal declared the election inconclusive.

However, there was confusion when the governor congratulated himself for getting a favorable judgment at the tribunal.

Members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kano state have held a rally to celebrate the governorship election tribunal victory that declared Nasir Guwana as the duly elected governor, sacking NNPP’s Abba Yusuf.

In a video that surfaced on the internet, the chairman of the party in the state was seen in an open roof vehicle leading members of the party in a peaceful rally to celebrate the victory.

Members were seen holding the flag of the APC while the rally was going on.

Yusuf, who contested on the platform of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), was declared the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after the poll in March.

But on Wednesday, the three-man panel, after hearing the petitions, ordered the withdrawal of the certificate of return which INEC presented to Yusuf and directed a certificate of return to be issued to Gawuna.

The court deducted 165,663 votes from Yusuf’s total as invalid votes, stating that the affected ballot papers were not stamped or signed and therefore declared invalid.

Students of the University of Jos, Plateau State, on Tuesday, blocked roads leading to the campus in protest of a recent hike in school fees.

The students, who were mobilized by leaders of the Students Union Government, called for an urgent reversal of the hike, which they said was unfair and would make it difficult for many students to continue their education.

The protesters, who carried placards with inscriptions such as “If your children can afford the money, we can’t” and “We don’t want to drop out of school,” said the hike was insensitive to the plight of students and their families, who are already struggling to make ends meet.

They also accused the university management of failing to provide adequate facilities and services, despite the high fees that students pay.

There is a saying that goes,” a drowning person grabs everything his or her hand touches along with it”, and this is exactly what is happening to this woman called Maureen Badejo.


On the latest rounds of allegations propelled by the marine agent Maureen on her blog, we are here again to speak the truth and ask reasonable questions. Remember I said from the very beginning that as far as this woman with unbridled tongue keeps talking about MFM and Dr D.k Olukoya, we won’t stop investigating the truth




Lately, she claimed that one of her callers cried out that Olukoya sexually harassed her, and in her usual vague and unfounded ways of putting up fabricated lies , this is rather comical and laughable as for her description of the act were totally preposterous. Below is the allegation as copied from her blog:




The former staff explained how she has been in the church for years and her husband is a Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, pastor and she worked at the bookshop department from Calabar, Cross River, Ilorin, Kwara, Mowe, Ogun and Lagos states respectively.

She narrated how she was invited several times by the General Overseer in Lagos who began to make sexual advances to her but she rejected it. She said on one occasion he grabbed her wanting to have carnal knowledge with her but she pushed him away and told him she is not interested. Olukoya was angered by her reaction, walked her out and sacked her because she refused to cooperate.




First of all, the identity of the so called accuser was never revealed, WE WOULD LIKE MAUREEN TO REVEAL THE IDENTITY OF THE LADY, PRESENT THE COPY OF THE SACK LATER SIGNED BY MFM AUTHORITY AND GIVE US THE DATES THAT THESE HAPPENINGS TRANSPIRED. For the records, MFM DO NOT HAVE BOOKS DEPARTMENT IN CALABAR CROSS RIVER, ILORIN- KWARA, with any female employee with such pedigree working for the ministry.

The people that has been working for MFM BOOKS DEPARTMENT, that have access to the General Overseer are still very much active, and matters of BOOKS DEPARMENT are STRICTLY handled by the press management board, whom are yet to reconcile with this IMAGINARY PERSON the GENERAL OVERSEER SACKED because such ONUS and decision rest on the board .




For your information, it could take months and even years to get an appointment with the General Overseer none the less HAVE MULTIPLE INVITATIONS that will lead to such proximity OF SEXUAL HARRASMENT.




The purported lies above practically shows that Maureen and her cohorts have no idea how the GENERAL OVERSEER’s OFFICE OPERATES. it’s an open door policy system were by if you get an appointment , it’s a clear way, till it gets to your turn. It’s always a room filled with people , engaged with different activities, prayers, people slayed by the power of the Holy Ghost lying everywhere , those manifesting, screaming ,vomiting and all sort, with meetings of different kinds going on with people from all works of life. There is no hidden chamber or closed door operation in the GO's counselling office. SO, WHERE AND HOW COULD SOMEBODY BE SEXUALLY HARRASED in such a place?

Another loop from the blog states that the lady in question put a call through to Dr Olukoya’s wife,

Dr. Olukoya’s wife, shade has been away in the UK for two years now and she said she had reported Olukoya to his wife telling her of the alleged nefarious activities being perpetuated by his husband in Nigeria.

From our investigation, we found out that no such call was received by the wife of the General Overseer and bet that none was made because this whole story is a fabrication of lies from the pit of hell. The person described in her self-entertaining story of sexual harassment is not the person and character of Dr Olukoya and can never be.

As you all know in my earlier publication, her case is in court and she is in for what she cannot chew. She keeps talking about the Uk board of trustees with abysmal ignorance, well she will soon find out how uninformed she is, with the statements below ACCUSATION , DEFAMATION , CHARACTER ASSASINATION AND LIBELOUS...

"Dr. Olukoya has been in the news for various alleged financial frauds and other sexual abuses both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom and is currently being investigated by the UK’s Charity Commission for over £2m fraud. The UK commission had earlier indicted and sacked the MFM’s Trustees in August 2020 and appointing interim managers, Adam Stephens of Smith and Williamson".

The statements above proves that Maureen is just nothing but a nonentity looking for fame and fortune and through her self-acclaimed expositions programs, she is completely oblivious of facts and have no idea what the true state of the matter is. From our findings, we ve realised that everything about the charity commission matter as presented by Maureen are fallacies because the UK government did not sack the trustees , the interim manager came on board in August 2019 and the trustees are still there working with him.

For the issue of 2m pounds fraud we think Maureen is in the best position to answer that because there is no such allegation under Dr Olukoya’s name

This born liar and manipulator Maureen and her cohorts are preying on vulnerable women like Debbie who is mentally and psychologically imbalance and a drunk, to destroy themselves further by presenting themselves as vessel to be used to tarnish a man of pedigree and humility one whose charity and benevolence has gone beyond borders and across continents

This is just another pursuit of attention and a fabrication that has no basis from the stables of Maureen. But time will tell Maureen, when the last gavel lands with a judgement that will put her where she belong for good.

EndSARS: Arewa group denies spoiling for war if Buhari is removed from office


The Arewa Youth Consultative Forum (AYCF) has denied reports that its National President, Yerima Shettima, promised war from the north if President Muhammadu Buhari is forced out of office.


A statement released very late on Saturday and signed by Barrister Abubakar Liman, the Legal Adviser to the AYCF, the group described itself as one that respects the constitution of the country and would never take part in any violence.
It further described the claims ascribed to Yerima by an online report as a figment of the writer’s imagination.

“Our National President, Alhaji Yerima Shettima, has never ever been associated with combative or violent protest to opposing views, for whatever reason.
“He has always been a democrat, following legitimate constitutional processes in his agitations and it is for this reason he has built a record of fearless activism but free of violence,” the AYCF said.


It added that the body is a platform of matured citizens who strongly believe in deepening Nigeria's democracy.
“The false claim of war being attributed to our National President is indeed malicious and we will not take it lying low.

“Just like our National President, we are unapologetic in the promotion of democracy through legal and legitimate means, in line with the nation's constitution, which supports presentation of grievances with respect to the rule of law,” the group said.

#EndSARS: "God is Involved, Don't Use Force to End Protest - Primate Ayodele To Buhari

The leader of INRI Evangelical spiritual church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to sack all his service chiefs which includes the Inspector General of police, Chief Of Army Staff and Others to douse the tension of the protests against police brutality in the country.

He stated that the protest isn't ordinary as God is involved in it because the protesters stayed united and prayed to God on the protest ground.

He warned President Buhari not to use the military to forcefully end the protest because it will only escalate it, He mentioned that the only solution to stop it is to sack service chiefs.

"Address the nation because there Is more to this protest, it is God's will, God is about listen to the angry people in Nigeria.

God wants to put something to Nigerians. It is high time for the president to act before its too late, nobody is against Buhari's government other than God. God is behind this protesters, it should be addressed as soon as possible.

Buhari should not use force to stop this protest or else it will become deadlier, he should address the nation and do what is right before its too late.

This is a warning to all politicians who are not fit to be in the seat of power, our democracy is shaking. Nigeria unity is shaking too"

" Police Brutality is one of the symptoms of Injustice in Nigeria"


Popular Abuja based prophet and founder of Champions Royal Assembly, Prophet Joshua Iginla has thrown his weight of support to the ongoing protest by the youths against police brutality .

Iginla who is noted for being a voice to the masses declared his support to the #Endsars movement by the Youth.

The clergy who is noted for taking a stand against Injustice lamented at the way and manner police maimed, brutalised and killed citizens especially the youths who are the pillar of the country. He admitted that the rate at which the young ones are being brutalised is terrible '

"The rate at which young men have been killed, bastardized and destroyed is terrible. We need to look at it seriously"

According to him, the yardstick by the police for maiming them which includes dressing, gadgets and flamboyant lifestyle are totally wrong and unacceptable in this 21st century.

"Some of our youths have been killed innocently and massacred recently over dress code and for holding a laptop. We all know we are in the digital era where you transact all busuiness via mobile. Its not everyone holding a gadget that is into cyber crime."


Iginla however enjoined the Youths to be constructive in their protest. He believes that the issue of police brutality is just the symptoms of the decadence that has pervaded the whole sectors of the country . And that the issue of Injustice should be dealt with completely:



if our leaders dont treat the source of these symptoms.... what we are seeing now are juist symptoms, there is no way we won't get to a point where we will define or decide whether we staying together or not.

You can not continue to suppress the voice that cries for justice when their is injustice.The disbardment iof SARS is not the real issue. when you have a place producing oil and they are battling with water, air pollution and their needs niot attened to, or the resources from this place arer taken away to develop otherr section of the country and the owners are not enjiying the benefits iof this resiources, it's injustice. we cannot continue to have people who feels they are part of this country and they have never ruled this country before. If their is injustive we will have issues. We should rotate it until the right leadership do the right thing. But if they continue to use police to suppress the voice of justice and since this suppression has limitation.l, there will always be repercussions. That's why its good fior all stakeholders to talk about the injustice happening to some regions.

Finally, the clergy is of the opinion that governemt has a role to play by paying attention to the demands of the youths and look into the poor state of the police force.

"pay the soldiers and pay attention to them. That is not to say that fighting the corruption in the police force is not important.

We need to look at their welfare seriously. Its not a one way thing. its ia two way thing from the salary of the police to the abuse of power from some few bad eggs among them.Its just like the stigmatization we pastors are facing that all prophets are corrupt. Its everywhere. lets not generalise it . let's deal with the bad eggs,flush them out and reform them. I feel its not just about brutality of police but bad governance we should Dealt with. When we have bad government their will be issues of poor governance.or poor attention to things that matters. imagine we have one person having houses scattered all over the wiorld. like Dubai, Canada amongst others. They loot our money which can be used tio pay police and boost their morals and make them discharge their duties effectively."

"In my own words, they are doing well but we need to be careful during this protest So we don't just heat up the moral of these people saddled with the responsiobility of protecting us. The reason is that it won't get to a point they won't be able to dischrge their duties and crime rate will increase.and a LOT OF LIVES WILL BE IN TROUBLE.

Right now, a lot of people are being kidnapped here in Abuja and the rate of standard of living has gone down tremendously, lets be careful. Am talking to the youths too. Let's be careful with the way we do and ensure we are constructive in all we do. Let's balance our criticism so we can sit around the table and dialogue. That does mot mean that the vision I see should not be given attention. by the governmwnt of the day. if you don't give that vision attention, we will have what we might not be able to Handle
