Change udp to tcp Goto advanced settingsetting and tick use proxy tcp connection
Host type 10.199.212.2 Port type 8080 Header type host:Web.blackberry.com Save and connect
2. TROID VPN The same as hammer vpn settings
3.SIMPLE ANDROID SERVER 4. openvpn

NOTE : Simple android server and open vpn are the best
