@Illuminatus: Once again, thank you very much for the candid and precise answer. I am grateful. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance unto you. |
@Illuminatus: With the stage that the partnership, company and the project is do I supposed to have the perks as the CEO? I mean, I'm I supposed to be given monthly allowance if not salary, accomodation, car etc. Respond please ! |
elderken:Thanks |
Illuminatus:Thank you very much for the advice |
Around 2 years ago I linked up with a Caucasian based in one of the West African Country, we agreed to work together and set up a big power generation company. We incorporate a new company on the basis of 95% share for him (as Chairman) and 5% share for me (as CEO), given the fact that I don't have the initial financial contribution for the new company, I agreed, as all what I want is the reality of the company and the project. Intermittently he gave some money for logistics on requests, and sometimes refusing and quering requests. I made every efforts in the competitive power sector without his input and I was rewarded with one of the biggest renewable energy power purchase agreements signed and the news spread like wild fire all over the world. With the earlier promise and the assurance my partner gave me that immediately the power purchase agreement is signed everything required (Finance, EPC, Company Office, Logistics, my fixed Salary and Accommodation etc) will be provided to actualise the smooth establishment of the project. With his prompting and agreement I sift through interested Consultants, approved some after his final approval with the intent that they will be activated upon our signing the power purchase agreement. I was shocked that all what he told me earlier were lies, he is now going round looking for EPC, finance, even denying knowledge of some of the Consultant bill, he will make an assignment request but will cancelled it after I've worked on it etc. Any time he come to the Country, he stays in 5 or 4 stars hotel and because of my simplicity I stays in 2 stars hotel (project site and the off taker are up North of the Country while I lives in the South), flies in Business or 1st class. He initially promised that as the CEO I will be given monthly allowance and when the project construction starts my remuneration will be affirmed - this was not honored. Yet he is now complaining that a lot of his personal money has gone into the proposed project. Our constant and everyday communication had been cut by him to periodical. What do I do now? Do I withdraw from the partnership and how do I go about it? What do I stand to gain or loose if I withdraw? Advise will be highly appreciated. I feel being used and dumped, he has turned me to a lier to the network I've created in the power sector. |

Is there anyone who wants to buy an invisible car? Please come and buy this imaginary Mercedes Benz from Op called fajohnson. He has been begging since Aug. 17, 2018 oo. |
fajohnson:You made this post since Aug. 17 and up till now (over a month) your phone has been malfunctioning to place photos, yet you want to sell a car Are you sure you're not selling a dummy, fluke and scrap? |
As much as I like your plan yet you have decided to worn out the strategies - diplomacy, humility - you would have used to secure your dream. I want you to know that only single digit percentage of the people that visit Nairaland comments on the platform. Some come to have a good laugh, see how Nigerians are and relate, learn new things, pick new ideas, look for business to plug into etc. You started the the thread well but later shoot yourself in the leg. I've seeing a Nigerian who pull a 9 figure dollars business into Nigeria without putting in a single naira but his ability to coordinate (I know it may seems as a mirage). His life was changed from living in a bamboo single room to a 3 bedroom duplex in Jabi, Abuja, chauffer driving etc. What he has for the unique link is humility, truthfulness, focus, doggedness and diplomacy which I can see is missing in you. I want you to know that investors all over the world are not scarce at all. For your information some people has this money that they don't even know what to do with it, some even go to the extent of buying a single cigar for 1million dollars or a diamond crusted mobile phone for 1.2 million dollar or 1 wristwatch for 740,000 dollars etc. Plans, dreams without the right ingredients are like a beautiful lady without character and homegrown. Abundant and unfulfilled ideas, dreams, plans are in the cemetery. My advise to you is that you work on your own for a while and raise funding to bring your passion to reality. No businessman/woman who dreams of having a media outlet in his/her portfolio will pull you in, with the bravado and arrogance you've displayed. You may insult me or throw tantrum at me for laying the truth on you, if you wish. |

Inavailability of study materials e.g txtbks, pc nd cell phone inorder to solve assignments nd project or research works 3. No pocket money or food stuff 4. cultist treat" |
what's your opinion? |
SON:
forget that law of karma will visit u soonest.
i regret having as a father. FATHER: Thank you very much. |
FATHER: Have you ever asked yourself if you have ever followed my advise, even when I asked you to come and live with me? Have you forgotten how many people you went to in Badagry, when I was living in my old place, to collect money for jamb even after I've given you? How many times have I given you money in my old place, even from the little with me? I advised you to work with me when I was doing my former consultancy work, did you agreed? I paid your LASU school fees and also gave you my 1st bank ATM to withdrew some money but what did you do: 1. You withdrew all money in the account 2. You refused to return the ATM until an in-law collected it from you and brought it back. You played trick of your school accommodation need costing N70,000 on me. I gave your senior sister N80,000 in your presence and to follow you to the house but what happens next - no house at all. You initiated another trick to obtain money from me by telling me you need a laptop and accommodation. I initiated Jumia to bring laptop to you but you says you don't want the type and thereafter setup your friend to play me as your lecturer, I then realised that you've dropped out of school before then and you need the laptop for yahoo yahoo !! Even when I decided again to support and came to you where you're squatting only for me to realise that you don't really know what you want and what to do in life at 28 years old. I told and advised you severally about facts of life yet you are inconsistent in your ways. At your age, do you need to hang on someone? Some of your friend are working and planning for their future but you turn yourself to parasite. You stated that I only knows how to give birth to children without taking care of them, I really thank you very much for that statement and God bless you. You want me and my so called wife to get ready for you as it won't be funny for us the day you will come to us. With these threat from you to us, no problem. I hope after killing us you will be satisfied. You called me Dad yet you want to kill me and others, well I pray for you that the law of karma be yours, Amen. |
