Did you request for the second IV or u notified them you were refused? did you ask them to contact the embassy after the first refusal before you were sent the Second IV?

The instruction on the 2 IVs is that, you must inform them at least 10days before the assessment date if you won't be able to be there for any reason and I did as required after the first refusal by notifying them.

I didn't ask them to contact embassy as they're both of the same UK govt and they claim they can't influence anything as regards visa all they can do is to invite. So by just informing them about the first refusal, they checked the space and their own availability for assessment then rescheduled and reissued another IV at their own discretion.

ijeshaoflondon:

ok... One last question
.

Must you apply for the visa? Asin this time?
No not a must.

After the first refusal, I nailed it there, only to receive a mail that another IV has been sent and I should apply immediately and get to UK on or before March, 2020 for the assessment and funny enough, I don't have influence on the dates, they check space and availability to issue IV dates.

Lol, he won't send money if not for a cause until the IV was issued late last yr. And he didn't send 500k

Boss! Last year is 1 month ago.. and u applied in October/November same way ... there’s already a refusal and u seek to reapply this way... hmm I am scared. Pls i am scared
The timing is not right for this redistribution of rent or the direct payment of rent. It is a huge red flag...
u are not financially independent according to this profile and you can’t even convince yourself, how will ECO be convinced?

You planned on having about 1.1m before you applied for visa and out of this 1.1m... 500k is from sponsor, 600k from mysterious rent.. my dear are you still not seeing what you are doing? Or if you redistribute the rent, anyone that picks ur bank statement will wonder why so many credits in space of 1week if it was not previously so in ur account before now.. I don tire.

Sorry for stressing you all, its all for my support, I appreciate.

As per 1month gap in reapplication, each thing I do I have to update the UK ARMY and as soon as the first refusal, they immediately reissued another IV and insist I reapply immediately and include the date I must arrive which is march reason for reapplying in that space.

As per rent or inflow, that's how my account runs either I'm applying for visa or not, as biz money flow in and out irregularly based on the fact I sell and inflow depend on how people buy...

As per sponsor, I should just say he's supporting and immediately the first IV was issued, he supported me and without the 450k he sent my account runs to mil, at this point after investing some cash recently, that makes me have such amount left and without visa parole, if my tenants pay, I have my money normally and returns come in as I sell what I invested in too...

Lol, this UK stuff is funny.

Can't you just open another account with another bank under your name and give to the cotenants to pay?
Why must you complicate things and want it in the same bank account you are going to give ECO

I applied already based on IV I received which has date I must get to the UK, so its late to reopen account for that purpose and I don't have influence on the date I am to visit UK. I'm going for an assessment, they sent the first and second IV and stated date I'm to arrive.

Kai my friend... wait is the 500k ur sponsor sent part of the account balance u mentioned above? The part tht u said u have 500k balance. Is ur sponsor’s money inside this 500k?

Money flow in and out and can go down as low as 30k in my account and goes up as high as millions, regular business person account and what's left at the moment after buying stuffs is 500k at the moment and the money he sent is running all together in my account.

@oskyworld please look at the bigger picture ijesha is painting... there’s something in it. I remember u telling us here sometime ago that you are self employed and that income fluctuates because you sell your products on jiji, jumia and all... however if someone feels strongly about a thing despite the clear picture infront want us to do again?
if a whole 600k will be paid just about the time of the visa, it might be misread whether or not it is truly income from rent.. plus why does ur brother in law need to sponsor you with 450k and I hope it’s not part of this 500k account balance u mentioned? If you were an ECO, would u give the visa with these loopholes?
I truly do hope it goes well this time but again.... look at what is going on

Thanks so much.

Yeah, he sent the fund since last yr because he wish to support me joining the army as he's one. What I have left in my account after running biz is the 500+.

I think, I'll quit the rent inflow, but can I direct the rent fund to my wife acct and distribute to 10 ppl to send it to me in bits as payment for goods?

Leave rent out of the arrangement... How much is your salary gangan.... I am a biz person, buy and sell and I run transaction from my personal account, so average of what I get from biz per annum is 1.8m

You have 500k + in ur account and you want to pay 600k rent ? and you will print the statement the same day abi? or like after 1 week ? I'm not paying rent, I want to receive rent and I have to print my statement between now and next week so I can upload as I chose self service and my appointment is 6th Feb.

But however, if the bulk of 300k each from 2 ppl will raise red flag, can I receive it to my wife account then send it to different ppl to send it to my account in bits of less than 100k each?

TOURIST OR FAMILY VISITOR VISA? I chose others purposes and stated purpose of trip is for a 2 days assessment in UK and its just me alone

How much is ur salary? per annum plus rent 2.4m

How much ur current acct balance ? 500k+

Pls explain how the proposed trip would cost u just 280k? strictly for flight, all other expenses on my sponsor

however. Don't let your tenant pay any money into the account ur gonna use for the application, Come to think of it, why havent they paid like 6months ago ... It doesn't work for them no more. Ask them to pay into another account .You should also give them a tangible reason why you monthly expenses has drastically reduced to 50k or else that's gonna be seen as deception. Please be careful n patient until u get it right.

Tenant usually pay around Dec/Jan when their rent elapse, any sol.?

There’s no assumption in this visa thing... prove the veracity of all that you have filled out in your application with relevant evidence.

Alright, I will upload all documents I can generate to support my appl. Thanks

Only receipt to prove it’s your property? My dear they know recipts are easily obtainable in Nigeria.. pls kindly provide definitive documents to prove the rent is from a property that is actually yours... not audio property. It will be assumed as money lodgement until proven otherwise.. receipt is not enough

Maybe I'll tender all the properties doc and kukuma snap the house and the tenant then send screenshot of the property cached on Google maps...

1. I think the disposable income can change bcus human beings don’t spend the same amount of money every month.. well for me my expenses vary on my applications... so in my opinion.. my opinion ooo it shouldn’t be such a big deal.. I’m just worried.. was this application of last yr ... asin this November 2019 Asin 2 months ago?
2. If at this stage you are still asking about your tenants paying your rent and it won’t be a red flag.. then why will the ECO not think it’s a red flag? If it’s your property you should be able to prove beyond reasonable doubts that it’s your property and then it shouldn’t be a red flag.
3. 280k budget.. this is my 1st time hearing that.. perhaps you have an already arranged accommodation and feeding??

Okay, guess explanation can sort the disposable income.
And on the 2months ago thingy, I got in touch with the UK ARMY that invited me and they were worried and they issued another IV immediately that I should reapply asap, reason for the 2months interval.

2. I can actually prove it with earlier receipt of ladt yr and that of this recent pay, just worried these guys see big inflow and money lodging...

3. Yeah, 280k as I explained earlier, I'm not going there for tourism, just a 2days assessment and I have a sponsor taking care of everything I could spend on there...
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Oskyworld(m): 2:42pm On Jan 20, 2020
justwise:

Obviously that will raise an eyebrow and do you think that budget of 280K will be enough for the trip?

What can I do to salvage that reduction in monthly spending can I just explain I transfer 50k to my wife monthly for groceries and basic stuffs in the house or any suggestion plz?

The 280k is actually more than enough, strictly for flight. Accommodation, feeding, pick up and drop off to and fro airport are on my sponsor and he already sent 455k to my account (though they didn't consider the support fund in my first application) and I'm not going for tourism, its for a 2days assessment in the UK but I'm to arrive 2weeks b4 the assessment date.

I've submitted my application form.
Self service and I'll be uploading docs myself.
I have few concern after following up on what Jusywise and giselle237 posted about ban and refusal once with highest possibility of being refused again.

1. I was once refused a visa Nov last yr, on fin. bases of spending 5x DI on a short trip (450k for 2weeks) and I was advised here to reduce my proposed spending and also reduce my ME from 100k to 50k so that DI wont b more than 2x and I've done that in my appl and also reduced my proposed spending in UK to 280k with explanation. The question here is, hope they won't ban me for stating that I usually spend 100k monthly but reduced to 50k now?

2. I own a house and I get rent yearly and I've stated this in my application, now 2 of my tenants are paying 300k each this week and I'll be printing my bank statement this week. Hope this won't raise a red flag?

Thanks

Thanks so much.

I submitted and paid for my registration based on the budget and expenditure I posted here.

I have abt 90% of the documents you listed above and I presented all initially. I'll get all and more like bank reference, print out of Jumia sales and all.

This time around I'm doing self service, as at yday only 10th Jan (which is tomorrow) and 3rd Feb are free for self service... Is it possible more free date come up before end of January if I keep checking?

Please urgent: HELP

I thought I read here that for self service free appointment booking, if I keep checking back that some earlier dates will free up that I will be able to book.

Unfortunately, the earliest date was today and 3rd Feb, as I cannot go there today and 3rd Feb is too far, I thought I should check back the date today, only to see that even 3rd Feb is not free booking isn't available again until 5th - 7th Feb which will hit 60days.

Please, is it possible I still find earlier date that will free up for free booking or I should quickly grab the 5th Feb. (Though almost late as it very close to when I'm supposed to travel)??

Please help.

Thanks

Gather your marriage certificate, your child’s birth certificate, school fees receipts, school id, pictures of your family, evidence of your properties... not just receipt of purchase as they know in Nigeria, this can be easily obtained. It should include c of o, deed of assignment etc

Wedding pictures, car documents, your wife’s data page of passport and work ID to support that she would be in Nigeria when u travel. .. and as such you must return.

Your parents if alive, proof they will be in Nigeria whilst you travel

Tenancy agreement + House rent receipts to show that you have paid your rent and still have time left on it(if applicable)

More Evidence of your business transactions. Since they are jumia, jiji and co... there would be trails left electronically. Do screenshots of transactions between customers and urself and tallying evidence when the money is paid and print out.

Thanks so much.

Looks like you have everything all covered.

I think you shld concentrate on your bank statement and explain any deposits and other unusual debits or cash flows in and out of the account.

Good luck and do keep us updated

Alright, thanks

Can I go ahead and submit then make payment with my budget, income and expenditure?

I can just get a reference letter from my bank too.

If ur monthly income is 200k and u reduced ur expenses to 50k then ur disposable income is 280k. However, I have concerns that 280k is too small to spend on the trip as u have to show that ur buying return ticket from the budget.

You have to explain or show how u relate to the British citizen who’s sent money to you. Also, they will have to write an introduction letter to back it up and include their passport data page.

Accommodation: if your British Citizen connect is accommodating you, they will have to show their tenancy agreement and mention it in the letter but if ur renting hotel then ur budget will have to increase again.

The UK ARMY assessment: They should have sent you the necessary documents to support your application and you can always ask them for guide.

Reason for the 280k is because I'm practically not spending any money apart from my flight ticket. My BIL is also a British Army, he'll pick me up at the airport, accommodate me, feed me, even drop me off at the ARMY base and drop me off at airport on departure.

Yeah, I have evidences showing our relationship and he has sent me introduction letter, he even got a letter from his place work. He sent his data page of British passport and house documents.

Likewise, the UK Army sent me invitation letter that shows my itinerary and all.

I have all documents on my own part too, marriage cert, news paper publication for marriage, CAC, FIRS, prop docs and statement of account and all...

The concern raised for initial denial was 'unexplained deposits' in which I presented all invoices and secondly spending 5x my DI.

I want to avoid initial denial execuses by ECO.

Plz advice.

Thanks
