giselle237:Thanks so much. Yeah, I sell on Jumia, Jiji and even NL and inflow fluctuate. I have a wife and a son and the house and landed prop are in my name. Any suggestion in that regard as I planned paying once I get the green light from here. Thanks |
giselle237:Thanks. Flight (Return) - N220,000 Pick up from airport on arrival - My B-I-L (sponsor and British citizen) Accommodation - same as above Feeding and all - same as above Drop off at airport on departure - same as above No sight seeing or adventure and I don't think I will be doing any shopping Remaining - N60,000 just for trip from his house to ARMY base for 2days. Though the UK ARMY request that I get to UK 2weeks before the assessment to acclimatize, but I'll just be home, not going for any adventure. Advice please. Thanks |
@justwise @giselle237 @omopapa and gurus in the house, I need your help please. I was denied a UK visit visa last year Oct on 2 major points that I'm spending 5x my DI and unexplained deposits. As regards the unexplained deposits, I'm self employed, I have a registered business and I included all the necessary docs, CAC, FIRS, invoices and explained in the letter the income but I was surprised when ECO claimed it was 'unexplained deposits'. Meanwhile, I have a British citizen that resides in UK that's ready to sponsor my trip and already sent N455,000 to my account as support for my trip, and I explained that too in my letter but it was seen as unexplained. Now, my purpose of visit was for a 2 days UK ARMY assessment, but required to get to UK 2weeks before the assessment and they already sent another invitation so as to re apply and my sponsor that's a British citizen already sent all necessary documents too. Now attached is my proposed breakdown of income and expenditure, I need your advice to see if it will fly. I earn 1.8m annually from biz and got 600k annually from rent (2.4m per annum, I.e 200k per month as MI), I own a house and landed prop., I have a family and a kid. Before I claimed my ME is 100k but I'm reducing it to 50k now, I planned spending 280k on my trip so that my ME will be less than 2x my DI. Secondly, my sponsor is sending a bulk money of N500,000 again to support my trip and inflow from my sales is still there, hope its not going to be seen as unexplained deposit again? I need your advice if this will fly please. Thanks

josiahese:Thanks so much for the response. My yearly turn over on the average is 1.2m tho it may be more than that sometimes as biz moves, however rent 600k making 1.8m and I spend 1.2m yearly... Or maybe I should reduce it to 80k per month. Then can I reapply immediately and follow your advice on other suggestions? |
@Justwise and other professionals Thanks for all you do here. I got a UK Army invitation for assessment in December, 2019. I have a brother in law who is a British army and British citizen who is ready to sponsor my trip, accommodate me for the assessment period of 2days but I'll be in London for 10days and he already sent 455k to my account and he write a letter to that effect and sent all necessary documents from his side. I am self employed and own a registered biz with my wife and we make use of our personal savings account for the biz, but I instructed all payment comes to my account because I want to use the bank statement and I attached all the invoices. I own a house and have tenant, I attached the rent and my properties documents then I applied for a 10days visit visa. I have 1.1m plus in my statement of account, I receive 1.2m annually, and another 600k from rent and other sources and I attached evidence, I spend 100k monthly for myself and family (wife and a child) I was refused because they claimed I spent 4.5x my disposable income. Secondly, they claimed they didn't see the evidence of the money that entered my account lately, meanwhile I attached all invoices of the big money that came into my account lately and also stated it in my application under other information and again its reflecting in my account that my brother in law sent 455k to my account and I also state I will be using 450k for my trip. Now I need to attend the assessment in December, can I reapply immediately? 1. I am not spends a dime from my pocket as the needed money is sent to my account already but guess they think I want to spend the 450k from my earning. 2. Can I reduce the amount I planned spending as I might just pay for flight alone if at all I should spend from my earning which is just 220k 3. Can I increase my monthly spending in such a way to cater for not more than 2 disposable income? Please I need advice on this urgently. Thanks |
giselle237:Please help with my question above. Thanks |
giselle237:Thanks so much for the support, I really appreciate. However, when I chose the self service and chose the appointment date 8th Oct, all the time got a symbol beside them and you said I shouldn't chose 8am and anytime with symbol as they are not free.. Only 28th/29th Oct 3:30pm has no symbol and its too far considering 15workjng days as I need to be in UK by mid Nov. What should I do? |
luvlaja80:I am actually stocked here... Can I just proceed to check after click on self service and I won't be making any payment to TLS and I'll just go for my appointment? If yes, where and how do I upload my documents? And if I'm using the assisted service, whenever I click on that of the N10,000 for them to upload my documents for me, once it get to step 3 and then about to check out, I automatically see £950 super priority in my basket plus the N10,000, Please, can I just chose the £90 and N10,000 as I don't even understand the TLS stuff at all... I need advice on basic regular thing to do without any special premium and just go for my appointment. Advice please... @justwise @Suuz and other Pro plz help |
