Story! If he had shared at least 80% of the pvcs, PDP won't have much reasons to postpone the elections. He gave them a good reason and I think personally, he knew within himself that he wasn't ready.
Even APC didn't make more noise than usual, cos they knew he wasn't really ready.
What's exactly your point? Ready or not, we are voting for the General come March 28
Business › Those Days When Gej's Name Was JEGA (picture) by otemanuduno(op): 12:08am On Feb 28, 2015
I could remember in 2011, the reigning name was JEGA, not GEJ.

JEGA was the name in every mouth.
JEGA was the poem in every tongue.
Even Jonathan's name was JEGA then...
Jonathan Ebele Goodluck Azikiwe(see the handfan below]

https://secure.saharareporters.com/sites/default/files/styles/normal_medium/public/jonathan-igbo_0.jpg

Now what could have gone wrong between Jonathan and Jega to make him change his name to GEJ? I have so much held JEGA in high esteem. He loves to be independent, being the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission.

Why do you think this relationship go sour? Don't you think it is because of JEGA'S stand not to join in rigging the election? Why should he be removed before the election? Who else has the experience like him to carry it out? The last time I checked, it was this same JEGA who have performed the only RIG FREE election in the history of Nigeria, so why should he be removed?

My dear, they put calculation and deduction to good use. It doesn't mean they're right all the time.
Besides, anyone following the elections closely will know that Jega wasn't ready for the elections.
Or JEGA is pressurised by the PDP not to have it. Anyhow sha, March 28 is the Judgement day.

Several police and political sources have told SaharaReporters that Sam Chukwu, a sinister police officer reputed for masterminding a group of rogue policemen who carried out kidnapping, armed robbery and other major crimes in Enugu State, was recently promoted and deployed to Lagos in order to fortify a team of senior police officers charged with helping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) carry out massive rigging in Lagos State and other southwest states. Our police sources named Mr. Chukwu, who is linked to a major kidnap and murder case in Enugu, as a key player in the scheme, whose leader is Assistant Inspector General of Police Joseph Mbu.

“Sam Chukwu is one of the biggest criminals in the police force. That is why Sir Mike Okiro gave him promotion and sent him to Lagos in January,” a top police source at police headquarters in Abuja told SaharaReporters in a telephone interview. The officer, who said he and numerous other officers were incensed at the increasing use of police officers for illegal assignments, added, “Instead of sacking Sam Chukwu, they have sent him to Lagos today to join the operation of rigging election.”

Prosecutors in Enugu State have accused Mr. Chukwu of being the sponsor of a ring of kidnappers who once menaced the state capital of Enugu and its surrounding areas. Mr. Chukwu and his team of rogue officers were reportedly responsible for the September 2009 kidnap and presumed murder of Lotachukwu (Lota) Ezeudu, a 19-year old second year accountancy student at the University of Nigeria, Enugu campus. One of the junior officers involved in the kidnapping ring, Ernest Okeke, is in detention undergoing trial, but another key player, Desmond Chinwuba, remains in hiding.

Mr. Chukwu himself went into hiding for more than a year and a half to evade a summons to stand trial in the case. His failure to appear in court led Justice Afam Nwobodo to issue a warrant for his arrest, with his name appearing on wanted posters pasted in Enugu and his hometown of Aninri in Awgu local government area.

For close to two years, police authorities claimed they were unaware of Mr. Chukwu’s whereabouts. But in July of 2014, with days left before his retirement, former Inspector General of Police Mohammed Abubakar reinstated the fugitive cop and posted him to the headquarters of the southeast command to assume the post of provost.

At the end of 2014, the Police Service Commission headed by Mike Okiro, a former IG of Police, included Mr. Chukwu’s name on a list of officers promoted to assistant commissioner. In a secretive scheme, the commission failed to release the names of all promoted officers, a move meant to hide the inclusion of Mr. Chukwu’s name, according to a senior police source in Abuja.

With his promotion, Mr. Chukwu was posted to Lagos. Several police sources in the state and Abuja have disclosed that Mr. Chukwu’s assignment is to help coordinate the harassment of voters and a series of electoral practices aimed at helping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to rig the forthcoming elections in Lagos and other southwest states. One officer disclosed that Mr. Okiro had selected a special team of officers with a criminal reputation and sent them to work with Mr. Mbu to help the PDP manipulate polls in the southwest. Top PDP officials, including Bode George and former Minister of State for Defense Musiliu Obanikoro, reportedly pressed President Goodluck Jonathan to sign off on the ambitious rigging plan, arguing that the ruling party may not be able to retain power at the center without carrying a few southwest states.

Politics › Is It True That Patience Jonathan Said This? by otemanuduno(op): 10:57pm On Feb 27, 2015
I was shocked when I read through this conversation believed to have been spoken by Patience Ebele Jonathan. It goes thus:

Dame Jonathan said, “today pregnant women enjoy free antenatal care, we have realized our 35 percent affirmative action and more women are beginning to realize their potentials under this administration."

Actually, what I want to know is whether her speech has been edited or she actually spoke in this diction, because last time I checked, in her DIARIS GOD O speeches, her words weren't coherent at all. She was just skipping her speeches, e.g eeh, Principal...eeh...WAEC...na only you waka come...chai! Chai! Diaris God o!

Anyway sha, there's chance for improvement. Perhaps she has improved in her speeches.

Vote PATIENCE EBELE JONATHAN as president, grin 2015- 2019

I can see that it is because of people like you that it was said that this generation is a wasted generation. I am not surprised at your choice of leadership for Nigeria because it is clear that you have have a 72-year old, malfunctioning brain in your 30-year old skull. Quite unfortunate.

Just for the records, I don't see how sentencing Nigerians to death for crimes that do not carry death penalty is for the good or honour of Nigerians. Saying we should not judge Buhari with his past actions leaves me with worries of what other factor I have left to judge him, as when judging IBB or Abacha. Even if we have to forgive Buhari for his cruelty and total disregard for human rights, should he not at least publicly say he is sorry for such heinous actions, rather than continuously state that he has no regrets for his past actions? Take it or leave it, politics or no politics, it is pay back time!

*Simbi is now a mother with two children.
*Chike is no longer the river boy but he is now a Marine Engineer.
*Edet no longer lives in Calabar but has

*Even Mr Salami is no longer a farmer but a
politician.
*Remember Ralia the sugar girl? she now owns one of the biggest sugar factories in Kano.
*Ade our naughty little brother is now a doctor in one of the biggest hospitals in the country.

Wow!!! what a great medium to recall those days of "Macmillian English." We all had them off hand. Spirit of primary school days, but if u don't know all dis den u are part of indomie generation...

The fate awaiting Buhari brings to mind that of Mitt Romney who was so deceived into believing he would be elected America’s next president in 2012, he had only a victory speech on election night when he was roundly defeated. When the history of the 2015 presidential election is finally written, it will be recalled that the postponement of the election for six weeks was the final nail in the coffin of the APC.:-
Na lie!!! All presidential elections in Nigeria are predictable. Even a five-yr old knows that BUHARI is winning. For real, I was shocked when my 4 year old little student began to burst out that JONATHAN is a thief. Imagine, she was asking me to vote for Buhari.

Omo, na mouth of little children truth dey sometimes o. I also conducted a micro-election among my students. 30% Jonathan while 70% was for Buhari.

I had to believe that the result of the vote among these 9-10 year old pupils was a reflection of their parents' stance back at home.

Pls, all teachers in school, you can practically carry out such kinds of experimental elections and you'll understand what I'm saying.

Gradually gradually, the shallow twist in the predictable nollywood film is unfolding. Let me predict few things now so that when they come to pass, you guys can quote me:

As the election draws very close, say four to five days close, or even a day to the election, bomb blasts shall rock diverse places in naija and boda Jonah will call for the indefinite postponement of the election. APC shall not take it lightly. Sahara reporters shall reveal to the whole world that the bomb blasts were all instigated by the PDP, but some Nigerian fools will not believe him. PDP will push it on Buhari, saying that he is responsible.

Governor Fayose Confesses To Partaking In Ekiti Poll Rigging Meeting Secretly Recorded By Army Captain Koli

Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose has finally confessed to partaking in the secret meeting where politicians led by former minister of state for defense, Musiliu Obanikoro met with army officer led by a Brigadier General plotted how to rig last August's gubernatorial election for Mr. Fayose.

Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose has finally confessed to partaking in the secret meeting where politicians led by former minister of state for defense, Musiliu Obanikoro met with army officer led by a Brigadier General plotted how to rig last August's gubernatorial election for Mr. Fayose.

Mr. Fayose was speaking at an event in Ekiti where he inadvertently referred to the tape and then he quickly tried to change his story by claiming that he was only chastising the army general for being compromised in the presense of his collegaues. Mr. Fayose's confession contrasts his earlier stance that the tape was manufactured with the aid of a voice software. The minister of Police Affairs, Jelili Adesiyan had earlier confessed to being at the meeting, however, President Goodluck Jonathan told reporters from the Wallstreet Journal during a recent interview that the tape was not "real" stating that the incident will not be probed.
