It was as if there hasn't been A Gov here since 1999 and Obi, one of the disasters that befell the state is what u wanted us to vote as president??

U get sense so cheesy cheesy

So you mean Arthur Eze didn’t do anything in his town or that the town is dilapidated with infrastructures? The building in see in and around Ukpo and its environs cannot be seen in your village? You just come online to type rubbish because you were hired and paid to write nonsense. That money you are being paid what can you buy with it today?
How are you better off now? Most you die of tribal bigotry and hate?

Agriculture / Re: My Story How I Became The Wealthiest Professional Farmer by Otiwaikuku: 8:26pm On Jun 29
Chinedumagnus05:
Hello all...
Am an agriculturist I own 10acres of integrated farm land where I intend to mix Croping and Animal husbandry. My Crops include; plantain, cashew, corn, okro, vegetables and Animal includes: cow, goats and sheeps.

My journey into Agriculture
I delved into agriculture when I luckily chanced on an information about a place I can get very cheap acres of land for as low as 110k/acre in Oyo state's No.1 most arable and agrarian town.

When I bought this land i had no farming intentions.

The mere hearing that an acre of land sells 110k made me scamper to buy as many acres as I had money to, in Oyo state's No.1 most arable and agrarian location.

Then the journey started.
For benefit of doubt, an acre of land is equivalent to 6plots but in this town they sell 8 plots as equivalent of 1 acre. After aquiring the land the challenge became what to use this large hectres of land for, which led me to decide to partition the land into different crop sections and sections for poultry, cow and goat rearing. That was the moment I realized i was to evolve into an integrated farming business model.

Today my final challenge is fencing of my farm. Even though am presently considering the wire mesh fence style. I hope that with the business partnership strategy I am currently putting in place, that concern will soon be a thing of the past.

That's my story on how I became a farmer.

My Agricultural consultancy includes:
1. Helping people purchase acres of arable land in this town
2. Soil analysis services
3. Partnerships with agro investors willing to invest in my integrated farm by buying slots at unit cost of 30k each, return on investment of 50% and Duration of 4 months
4. Selling of equities in my farm,

How my farm partnership work:
1. You invest in slots. A slot is an equivalent of a plot of land. ( You can buy as many slots as you wish)
2. The Duration for a cycle of investment is 4 months
3. At the expiration of the four months you get 50% return on investment.

Agriculture / Re: What Are The Things To Consider When Buying A Farmland? by Otiwaikuku: 7:01am On Jun 19
DUKEOFIBADAN:

The village is along that Isiun/Ajura road, Obafemi Owode Local government with good motorable road and electricity. Mine is closer to the road that is why it is a bit expensive and I prefer it like that and I bought 3 acres. If I still want to buy more at the back it should be lesser than 2m. The real estate company does not even own any land in that area, the land they showed me was owned by a church who
bought 100 acres. I’m thankful someone has
been noticing me coming to that land bringing different people and spending money to make sure everything is okay. He called me when I went alone to see the land and he told me the land belongs to a church I didn’t believe him until he bring out his cutlass to clear some part to show me the church sign post all over the land which was not visible before. I couldn’t thank him enough, in fact I sent him good money to appreciate him. That is how I would have paid to a scam company. When I told the real estate company about the church sign post they gave me different excuse saying the inspection guy took me to the wrong place another person at their office told me sometimes they showed people land closer to their own property to let the person know what he or she will be getting. When I get to the land they claim to own, it was a jungle and too much hill and can’t be use for a livestock farm and they don’t even owned that land yet. What they do is they collect money from you and pay to the family, that means using client money to settle the family instead of buying from them outright. I don’t even like doing business with real estate companies but I just wanted to see if this will work out but now I know better. All the land I have acquired is either from Omonile or someone that want to resell.

Congratulations,Things are happening and this is one of the reasons genuine farmers end up running away.I did like to buy too.
