sad 2 say o. but in my own little view, law in lagos sucks! its in total disarray!

there are streetlights everywhere not to control traffic but just to notify a lastma official to jump u! even more annoyin wen thers lights tht dont wrk properly e.g. one of the bulbs r dead, or d whole light system is not even on at all. isnt there pos to be a standard time btw orange and green/red? ive seen some tht just change to red after flashin orange for less than a second! its ridiculous!! the silly thing with traffic laws is tht there rili isnt any set out fine chart for specific offences all u hear are crazy figures they jst feel like tellin ya! sum1 once told me he was told to pay 50K for turning just before a round about! thats peoples 2 month salary!!! but trust naij now they eventually collected 5k frm him after plenty beggin n toasting. lol

there was the MOT time and these officers just couldnt be happier to jump u n discover u havent done it yet!

4 starters no1 is gon discriminate ur race or nethn. if u av the right qualities, ud get the right jobs. its always wierd when i hear pple say theyv been lookin for jobs. if u go to 2-3 companies without getting hired, review/improve urself!

an average person in lagos educated or not can climb from poor to middle to rich. its jst a matter of the "person".

The major failing of these so called 'portals' is this:
They are supposed to be 'solutions' but they get in the way of all the processes that they are supposed
to simplify. Like basking4me said, if the students have to be running around to cybercafes, then you
would have failed. It has to be a full fledged project, meaning software and cheap/free easy internet access (WIFI).

i dnt thnk theyr to simplify things 4 d students. they seem 2 just simplify revenue collection
