The evil that men do will surely come around. The Port Harcourt Airport is not worse than Kano, Kaduna or even Owerri that they are now using so why the haste to shut it down knowing fully well that the maintenance work will not start? We are always used to praising our politicians for what they will do when we know it wont be completed that is why people can praise duke for a tinapa that is not yet bringing revenue or obasanjo for a railway line that is not in existence, even Odili was praised for a gas turbine that is not working.
