ok, lets get in on

1. if she asks you for a ride after church, maybe she does like you but hold it.

2. if she asks you to greet your folks she has never seen maybe but still keep it light

3. if she requests for you to go check out a new eatery; not yet

4. if she asks for credit then my guy you know she is just wasting your time

Politics › Re: Is This New Development On Atiku A Way To Divert Attention Away From Ibb ? by otokx(m): 6:32pm On Sep 14, 2006
I like the S/elect theory, some people paid OBJ a visit on his farm to persuade him to contest, you may wish to find out who those people are.

All I am saying is that we should not give IBB a larger than life picture, the fact he still moves about the country with pomp and pageantry is a testimony to the immorality of all governments after him.

please not, he should fight like a man.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel vs Hezbollah/Lebanon by otokx(m): 6:20pm On Sep 14, 2006
let me deviate a little,

peace is and can never be acheivable in the middle east, because so it was destined from the beginning.

the bible says of esau and jacob, your hand will be against your brothers

infact, the only person who it seems will bring peace - he it is that is the antichrist and he will reign in jerusalem for a time.

going back to the simple reduction methos,

i must admit it is just a logical illusion derived from some of the premises of some posts on this topic especially on the nuclear statement of afam

being simple does not mean slow, nuclear weaponry i hear its deadly and accurate  but am not in support of its deployment or the threat to do so

Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel vs Hezbollah/Lebanon by otokx(m): 5:56pm On Sep 14, 2006
this is very intriguing, if we say there are only 2 sides to a problem and those 2 sides were to go away how will the problem continue to exist?
Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel vs Hezbollah/Lebanon by otokx(m): 5:44pm On Sep 14, 2006
the core arabs nations still do not have nuclear arsenal so that suggestion will not be cool as the plan i guess is to eliminate both sides of the equation by a simple reduction method

I will recall our troops from foreign lands and stop all financial assistance to foreign governments. Provision of public electricity and good health care at a very affoardable rate will be uppermost on my agenda. Transparency in government transactions and encouragement of the private sector participation will be one of my hallmark pillars.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Sells Her Birthright in the Niger Delta by otokx(m): 5:10pm On Sep 14, 2006
Yes o, the average niger delta youth and indeed our leaders do not have a futuristic vision. my dad had a first class in ABU zaria and was trained by the Itsekiri scholarship from where he proceeded to UWO canada for his Ph.D on the commonwealth scholarship. Right now as I speak my sister who had a first class could not benefit from the delta state government scholarship because she did not utilize her connections while someone with a 2.2 who has not even gone for NYSC was brandishing the scholarship in her face.

Those that have the knowledge are not allowed to contribute to well being of our society, you people who are in the oil companies will sit down there and allow the yoruba and ibo people to flood the place with their country people who are not even more qualified than us, that is why there is now a resort to "aimless violence"

Did you watch the news of those Itsekiri youths that went to see OBJ, i almost fainted cause I know one of them who is a lecturer in UNIPORT and he will not be less than 40, yet he was even one of the youngest there.

Computers › Re: EFCC Ban On Night Browsing In Cyber-cafes by otokx(m): 2:56pm On Sep 12, 2006
we stopped night browsing more than a year ago because it was not a lucrative venture. 95% of our night clientele were either engaged in pornography or downloading of songs illegally using kazza not to talk of those in the "419" category.

our computers soon had so much spy and adware plus viruse that we decided that even if they pay N1000 per head, it won't be worth the trouble as the cost of diesel and other maintenance cost were quite high.

EFCC ban though might not have the desired results as the big time offenders now have easier home access via the PTOs.
