I can across this HSE training center name Novelle Center off tonyin street, they offer HSE Level 1 to 3 at a rate of 35k, and the payment plan is kind of flexible. Who knows how credible this training center is and can one become a member of ISPON getting trained in HSE level 1-3 with them? Thank you

Novelle is a VERY wonderful,quality conscious and creible centre. For the sake of your ISPON membership, do the General and level 3 HSE with ISPON.

Bro, its not advisable... Is there any need to attend a university that's not accredited by NUC just because its cheaper? ISPON is the wayforward.

Q2. Eliminating the need to reverse by implementing one way drive systems and provision of turn circles (U-turn)
-Provision of designated walkways for pedestrians with clear markings and barriers.
-Ensuring pre-use checks and inspections of vehicles to avoid any form of mechanical failure (Breaks failure)
-Encouraging of high visibility clothing in work place as this aids drivers to spot pedestrians easily
-Installations of alarm systems and bacon lights or use of banksmen. these aids bring consciousness to unsuspecting vehicles and pedestrians especially while reversing
-Zero tolerance of drug and alcohol level while driving within the workplace ( prescribed drugs with ability to impair senses or cause dizziness inclusive, such as codeine )
- determining, implementing and enforcing safe speed limits within the workplace
-Proper inhouse driving trainings should be given to all likely drivers within the workplace.

I was wondering what is the name of the Nigerian safety body is. Does anyone know?
Also, how active are they beyon certification and training? Do they have inspectors and investigative officers?

Institute of safety professionals of Nigeria is the name http://www.nispnigeria.org/. As for being active, we're observing since its just recently that the ISPON bill was passed
