Bad roads? thats funny. how is accra worse? health, education are reachable and accessible, majority are above the poverty line, cost of living is low compared to other African cities. sanitation is improving, security is high, traffic is better than most cities etc. i dont know of Lagos cos i've not been there before but Accra is far from worse
