See my brother, this is the world we are in now. Binance has escrow. Many platforms have escrow if you want to buy or sell on their platform. They only charge a minute percentage. Don't give up on Binance...take time to learn because this is the future. Then again, have a skill, keep a day job and run your crypto business on the side until it becomes big and overtakes your paid employment.

Thanks for the correction... There are other crypto investment that one is into... Binance is quite complex.. can't even find my way around it.. how does one also manage the trust issues, when it comes to dealing with unknown buyer or seller..

CBN didn't ban cryptocurrency. It banned the use of the naira and Nigerian banks in storing btc transactions. Simple.

To solve it is very simple. It is called peer-to-peer or person to person transactions. Just two days' back, someone I know purchased btc worth N1.5 million.

You don't need the CBN to buy cryptos if you are a serious person and a serious investor.
