That's why despite the heightened security situation pirates from all over have always risked our gulf cus they know the about the wealth there. Other oil channel like the Persian gulf, Suez canal and gulf of Oman are secured by multi national task forces whose capacity complements each other. But in the case of the west African gulf, Nigeria have the highest investment and interests she have the biggest navy and despite the exchange of information and intelligence between west African navies, the nigerian Navy still have to work more to ensure that the billion dollar worth of investment around her sphere of interest are secured.

a very welcomed development. I have always called for an African solution to the African problem, we shouldn't always allow the west to do things for us. Some f00ls on here would publicly boast that the whole of Africa hate Nigerians and now i ask the persons that have this hate for Nigeria, why do you hate us, what have we done to merit this hate, we ve spent a good part of our short period oif independence ensuring that the whole of Africa is free and peaceful, even with war on our hands we ve our soldiers and police helping to sustain peace in other African countries.
That is who we are, we will never boast of this things cus we know that a help given to a brother will never be forgotten. This is the value that we hold to and this is the reason why even our brothers now boast of the hate they have for us. If the south Africans think they have help to offer, then let them come. Cus aside the e-wars and arguments, I am just an African. I know my imperfections but I also know the strenght that we draw from our unity, I am Nigeria..

Seeker was used extensively to track rhino movements and try and look for poachers in the Kruger Park, so they are operational. We're not at war so obviously they aren't in service If we need them they'll be fielded and with far more sophisticated avionics, surveillance equipment, targeting systems, weapons, etc than that cool little thing.

The Seeker 400 is fully developed and operational including integration of weapons systems, just in case the user wants to go on the offensive , with successful live firing tests using DENEL Mokopa precision guided air to surface missiles (similar to the US Hellfire missile but more modern, more accurate and with longer range) already completed. If you put some A-Darters under the wings good chance it would be able to knock one of those American Predator drones you love out of the sky.

Apologies for correcting you yet again, not only can they be put to work if required but they're designed, developed and produced entirely in house right from the seeker heads of the munitions to the tips of the wings, so be careful not to pull a hamstring as you extract your foot from your mouth. I know it is a burden having to store so much wisdom and knowledge in your head so I completely understand how you may have forgotten that RSA has been building UAV's since the 70's

the drones you used in tracking your rhinos are surveillance drones.

careful mate. Don't give our little southie friend and heart attack. Any war in south Africa would be a war pitched between two cowards, so never expect it to be so advanced. There will be no suicide bombers, no use of mines or ieds, there will be No use of AAA technicals, and the conflict will end up quickly in the dialogue table, cus they have no stomach for casualties.

picture of the armed drone.it resembles a MALE US Army MQ-1C Gray Eagle UAV.but on looking closely,i discovered a few distinct differences between this drone and the US Gray Eagle,
*the fulcrums{legs} are bow in shape instead of the diagonally shaped lift present in the Gray Eagle.
*the nose is narrow and pointed,instead of long and thick.
this drone looks more like a pakistani "burraq" UAV.it also bear similarities with the saudi-arabian standard UAV.

there are many drones with similar shapes, you only differentiate with the wpecs and country of origin.

the r1 is a light weight variant of the FNFAL battle rifle. They both look alike, Nigeria operates the FNfal as its battle rifle, not the r1. Although the sabotaged weapon deal with za included the supply of some units of the the FNFAL.

The presidential candidate of the APC( general buhari ) have stated clearly that he is committed to the total islamization of Nigeria. I mean how hard could that be. Muslims want to see more Muslims in power, Muslims want to wake up in the morning to hear that a nuclear bomb fell on Israel and then the Vatican city. I fear Muslims because they are very unpredictable and all over the world they have carved for themselves a very shameful conception about themselves. Mohammed have created a religion that cannot work in a world like ours, we cannot live with Muslims, why? Because they don't care about waking up to stab you in your sleep just because they think you may have being the one that mistakenly dropped coffee on their Koran and the problem is, they won't tell you about it during the day so you could apologise, no they won't they will still remain nice to you while hiding that wicked intent of theirs in their dark Islamic heart waiting for the right time, they may even buy your child candy in the day and pretend everything is cool.
I do not like the Islamic religion.
I hate it and i despise it. I just hope the Islamic General does not win the February polls cus this " harmless" friendly little post of mine could earn me my death under his government.
But it should be noted that there are good Muslims, but this good Muslims are the ones that do not follow through to the doctrines of the Koran, because they realizes just how dangerous it is to the society, this set of "good" Muslims are often called out by the bad radical ones as "pagans".

Its all about giving up protection for High mobility, a full view of your area of operations and with that comes a high level of situational awareness.

That's why those kind of vehicles are heavily armed, so that soldiers can hit really hard and fast.

soldiers on patrol are easily ambushed in the NE, that vehicle will guarantee their death. But trust me man its a damn good truck. The only thing is that this guys already have the advantage of range since they are using triple A's, meaning no matter how heavily armed that vehicle is, they sure would hit you first.
